Very helpful and accommodating staff, appreciate talking to Jackie on the front desk about Cambodian society - not just touristy stuff! Only thing i didnt like was the location (albeit I knew this when i booked, but assumed id be sending all my time in angkor wat). Probably better to be closer to town for restaurants etc but can't fault the hotel itself.

Wonderful resort with colonial charm and perfect service. We spent 3 nights and felt like in heaven. Beautiful, big pool, surrounded by tropical gardens. It was our second visit and we will certainly come back.

五年前住過，感受很好，疫情后處境第一站還是選暹粒，還是選擇白蓮花。房間不錯，挺大的，泳池也很大，從陽台望去像個小花園。雖然房門還是老式鑰匙開鎖，不過不影響體驗。插頭什麼的都足夠，交通方便，去哪都是2美金的突突。早餐還可以，就是想要熱拿鐵要收費，冰拿鐵到時免費，這個有點不太理解。

Sebuah hotel kecil dan indah dengan segala-galanya yang sepatutnya tersedia, dan harganya agak berpatutan. Terdapat dua titik pujian. Salah satunya ialah perkhidmatan pelanggan sangat mesra, dan pelayan di restoran juga sangat prihatin; yang lain ialah meja depan diminta untuk mengendalikan beberapa penghantaran dan pengimbasan dokumen, dan sikapnya sangat bekerjasama. Tetapi ada dua penyesalan. Satu ialah pintu sebelah dikatakan telah menaikkan seekor katak dengan jeritan yang kuat dan pada suatu malam. Satu lagi ialah tuala dan selipar terasa agak lama, dan senarai program TV berwarna kelabu sedikit. Semasa wabak, beberapa perkara mungkin tidak sempurna, saya harap ia boleh menjadi lebih baik, kerana ia adalah hotel kecil yang sangat menawan dan indah.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We came from a long exhausting travel from Bangkok and we were not really expecting much from Cambodia. But, this hotel is a game changer. The hotel is old but dang the rooms are big, super clean, and the food is great. We were supposed to go to Angkor Wat but the pool hindered us from doing so. After breakfast the following day, we dipped in the pool and totally forgot the plan. So we basically stayed in the hotel the whole day. Haha! I guess we’ll visit Angkor Wat next time. Haha! But we will surely book this hotel again! Slow clap to all the friendly staff of pacific hotel for a job well done. They are super friendly and hospitable in every way! And special thanks to the filipino supervisor whom I forgot the name (since we visited feb 2019) for attending to our needs and for being so hospitable! More power Pacific Hotel & Spa!!!

Hi we are currently staying here and will be here for 4 weeks in total, just visiting from Bali where we now live, although from UK. The hotel room and pool are immaculate, hotel is still very new, staff work hard to keep it that way. Anything you need Tal Channak operation manager will ensure he meets you needs. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of centre, pub street. Night Market. I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant is not currently open, however you have the huge supermarket across the road, that literally sell anything. Your room as a kitchen hob and a fridge. I believe that management are looking into getting pool towels and a kitchen pack , knives, forks ect. It will have been a pleasure to have stayed here and hope that more visitors will come soon to this lovely hotel Catherine and Stephen Bremner
