Amazing hotel. Far from town. Not walking distance. No bell staff. Beautiful pool. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Warning! Awful experience! We left early without a full refund due to the room being unfit for purpose! Main issue: THE RATS. On our first night in the family room we got woken at 3am to the sound of rats running around the walls and ceiling making a lot of noise, scurrying around and gnawing. It was VILE. It lasted all through the night so I couldn't go back to sleep. This wasn't helped by the fact there were holes in the walls and ceilings in the bathroom. We informed the reception that we didn't want to continue our stay and wanted to leave on our last night with more than 24 hours notice and they refused to help, we asked if a different room might help but we were not accommodated. As this discussion was happening a huge rat ran through the reception in sight of us and the reception staff and they still would not give us a full refund for our last day. (We left, lost money and had to pay for another hotel) Other problems to be aware of: - Shower fitting was from above only and very dated with the fittings and wires hanging off and large holes in the ceiling and walls -Rock hard beds to the point it hurts your bones. -NO TV (the wires had apperently been cut in the street so this isn't getting fixed any time soon) -Extremely poor WiFi, hardly worked/connected (apparently due to ”too many guests”) - Poor cleanliness stains on sheets & towels - Run down in general, rusty sunbeds, holes in walls, holes in towels etc - Useless Sun beds with no functional back rest, pillow kept moving and wasn't a good angle to lie back on - False spa advertising ... The spa closed down a while ago and doesn't offer 3/4 of the treatments it says, and if you do want a massage they call an external therapist to come your room and do it on your bed, which with the lack of cleanliness I would presume they don't change your oily sheets afterwards. - Pool was dangerous, greasy tiles underfoot so when getting in and out of the pool it was very easy to slip and the edges of benches/seats/raised areas in the pool all had very sharp edges that you could cut yourself on. It was also in the shade for part of the morning and all of the afternoon. - seemingly uninterested reception staff that couldn't help - Poor customer service, with no house keeping & only a small amount of toilet paper given for 3 nights Please trust us and do not go,

이용하진 않았지만 식사, 바, 풀장이 있었고, 관리도 잘 되는것 같아 보였습니다. 직원분들은 친절하시고 영어에 능숙한 분이 계셔서 소통에도 문제가 없었습니다. 8인 도미토리를 사용하였는데, 위치에 따라서 덥긴합니다. 그 외에 샤워실 두 개, 화장실 두 개, 각 침**다 커텐, 개인 조명 등 만족스러웠습니다.

Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel. Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly. They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking. Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.

Вещи можно оставить в холле, предлагают провести время у бассейна, что приятно, угощают приветственным напитком, персонал внимателен и заботлив. После 10ти часового переезда из Тая было большое желание принять горячий душ. Заселившись в номер обнаружила, что вся сантехника сломана. На ресепшене менять комнату отказались - пришел мастер, все починил за 30 минут. Спросила у него, а где горячая вода? 20 минут ждали пока кто-нибудь придет объяснит ее отсутствие. Оказалось в этом номере нет горячей воды! Предложили другой номер до завтра, а завтра заселят в основной.. Во временном номере с горячей водой было на 5+++. Кресло очень грязное, в разводах, с чьими-то волосами. На следующий день предложили переехать в семейный номер на 1 этаже, горячая вода временно пропадала, мебель была чистой. Ни в одной из комнат не было халатов, тапочки встретились в 1м номере. Кому важно - тв и телефоны не работают. Завтраки представлены небольшим шведским столом + готовят яйца по желанию и суп на ваш выбор. (Кхмерская кухня). Для меня было всё вкусно, считаю это неплохим знакомством с местной кухней. Персонал максимально доброжелателен, холл очень красивый, бассейн приятный, а вот состояние комнат все портит.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

I had stayed at Siem Reap province for 4nights with good location (La Maravilla). The hotel grounds was well maintained and feature with a nice pool view. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for my stayed, Staff super friendly with good service.

If I can give more than 5 stars to this hotel's reception, I would give 10 stars, especially to Sy and Ms.Daneth. Sy was one of the best employees among the ones I have encountered. 3 words could express him, kind, thoughtful and bright. And the breakfast meal and the female who served at restaurant were also bests. Clean room and temple-like interior design made me realize that it was Cambodia, near Angkor Wat. I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

We decided to spend 7 days at the Mane Hariharalaya resort at the end of February and the beginning of March 2024. The timing was perfect for a summer getaway in Cambodia in the middle of European winter. With the central lake (you can take relaxing free paddle boat rides) and vast green fields, the resort is a haven of peace and tranquility. The food and the drinks at the restaurant and bar are freshly prepared and delicious — it’s especially worth mentioning that during our visit the young barista in the morning shift made amazing coffee. The breakfast is a la carte and very delicious. The most important treasure at the resort are the hospitable staff, whose smiles make you feel welcome wherever you meet them, especially the driver Tha, who made our stay very memorable. It is quite difficult to find the downside of staying at Mane Harihalaya. However, if you are after an action-packed holiday filled with excitement and crowds of people, you might end up a bit bored and consequently disappointed. Furthermore, it was not until the last few days that we figured out ourselves that the five “set” Khmer lunch options can be freely mixed together to create a meal suited to your own taste and that you can personalise the afternoon tea selection. We wish that we had been told that before to fully enjoy the things that we liked best.
