房間還算大，但是房間設施設計不合理，酒店早餐很少，就幾户客房還不能完全滿足客人需求，需要客人到位才能供應，食物很少，幾乎沒有什麼選擇！酒店經理極其傲慢無禮，完全無視客人要求，對客人住店期間的人身安全隱患置若罔聞！極其差勁的體驗！卧室裏房樑上居然會掉落圖釘，和酒店交涉完全無視，認為是其他住店客人所為！荒謬絕倫！酒店經理完全以酒店商業利益為出發！ The hotel manager is extremely arrogant and disrespectful, completely ignoring the guest's requests and ignoring any personal safety hazards during their stay! Extremely poor experience! Surprisingly, picture nails fell off from the beams of the bedroom, and negotiations with the hotel were completely ignored, believing that it was the work of other guests! Absolutely absurd! The hotel manager is completely driven by the commercial interests of the hotel! Il gestore dell'hotel è estremamente arrogante e irrispettoso, ignorando completamente le richieste dell'ospite e ignorando eventuali rischi personali per la sicurezza durante il soggiorno! Estremamente scarsa esperienza! Sorprendentemente, i chiodi sono caduti dalle travi della camera da letto e le trattative con l'hotel sono state completamente ignorate, credendo che fosse il lavoro di altri ospiti dell'hotel! Assolutamente assurdo! Il gestore dell'hotel è completamente guidato dagli interessi commerciali dell'hotel!

滿足我對民宿的期待，早餐咖啡非常優秀。在老城區，老房子改成的民宿，開窗就是街道。圖一是民宿接待處、其實就是一個大套房的客廳，整個民宿房間很少，想體驗老城區民宿的可以一試，還有個公共露台，天氣好喝咖啡坐一坐應該很棒，可惜我住的時候是雨天。但是停車場和check in time都不太方便，要有心理準備

地址給的有問題，我們走錯了停車場，差了20公里，後來知道並不是我們第一家走錯路的，由於入住晚了，前台妹子是在等我們，但黑着臉，帶了泊車2晚60歐，總的來説，整體性價比不高……

在一座老房子裏，露台十分優雅，去景點非常方便。

What a gem!! My husband and I LOVED this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Siena. We had a lovely reception upon arrival to show us to our room. The elevator is teeny tiny, but enough for my husband to send me up with our 2 suitcases and backpacks. There are just 7 rooms and we stayed in The Quartz room which did not face the Main Street and therefore very quiet. The mattress was so comfortable (we like firm) and the room layout was great— toilet and vanity separate from the shower and a second vanity. The AC worked very well and the room was both cozy and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was an AMAZING spread of fresh croissants, cheeses, meats, eggs, fruit salad, cereal choices and of course delicious coffee choices too! I could have stayed a week, but our 2 nights were so enjoyable! Thank you and hope to come back! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic place in walking distance to all the major sights of Siena. Super helpful staff, great restaurant recommendations. Hand painted ceilings super clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs or a small lift. When we checked in Petra even helped us with our suitcases on the last flight of stairs to our wonderfull accomodation. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Siena.

We stayed here 1 night and had 2 rooms. One was the apartment. This is a quaint hotel in heart of Siena. Booking was easy, and communication was great. We had to make some last minute changes and it was seamless. They helped arrange transportation and anything else we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Huge closet. Bathroom nice size and well appointed. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. We would not hesitate to stay again and will try to return to Siena again to spend more time!!! Thank you!

Room was spacious and clean with beautiful painted ceiling. Very central. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. A good choice for a bed and breakfast. As they stress, it’s not a hotel although it feels like one, it doesn’t have 24 hour staff or a bar

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were elegant, so spacious and well maintained. Great location in the heart of Siena. Easy walk to so many wonderful sites. The breakfast provided each morning was quite satisfying. The staff were a delight, willing and able to help out in any way possible. Julia's suggestions for dining were perfect. Can't wait to visit again.

On walking in to the hotel you are met with a beautiful smell and then you see the gorgeous interior It’s a beautiful building right in the heart of Sienna , but in a quieter part so peaceful at night in our room spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable beds Breakfast is in the open air terrace , which is lovely Staff were friendly and very helpful The only thing I would like is tea and coffee facility in the room , but I nipped down in the morning to the breakfast room , where it’s always available

Great location about 10 mins walk from the main town. Right by the bus station. We had a superior room which was stunning. Lovely ceiling and access to an outdoor area. Large bathroom with great walk in shower. Hotel smelt divine too. Reception staff were helpful and breakfast was a nice selection. Would recommend and visit again.

Our best stop in Italy. The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was excellent, our room on the top floor - design suite, was perfect for our family of 3. The bathroom was beautiful with two sinks, lots of cabinet space for your things and a great shower. Everything was so clean. Yes, the elevator is small, and you may have the carry your bags up a few steps but all worth it. The location is in the heart of Siena - close to the city center and a block from the main bus stop. We worked with the hotel to help with dinner reservations before our arrival and they were very responsive and helpful with our requests. The breakfast was amazing! Excellent eggs and several croissants that were freshly made. The balcony with large umbrellas was a great option for breakfast. Because the hotel only has basically 2 rooms per floor, the breakfast was “calm” without all the people trying to get at the buffet like some of the other hotels we stayed at with breakfast. Also, coffee made to your tasting. We loved this property and wish we could have stayed longer.
