Saracen Bay Resort

Wonderful beach, out of the night bars area but at walking distance. Clean relaxing happy and kind staff. All you need to relax and enjoy the beach.

Hôtel a évité car le manager après 7 appel et 2 jours passés ne nous a même pas rappelé. On a dû demander aux autres hôtels suite a notre débarquement du bateau de venir nous chercher donc on commence déjà avant même d'avoir enregistré avec un point en moins pour le service. Messieurs c'est bien d'avoir un business familial mais du respect pour ces clients c'est le premier point à respecter. J'en profite pour remercier l'hôtesse d'accueil qui a essayé de nous expliquer que son boss est un gros C.. inexpérimenté et aucune éducation. On continue par la découverte de notre chambre sur ce point c'est propre et la seule chose qui est bien dans cet hôtels pas bon marché pour 2*. Les matériaux sont bas de gamme le lit pas franchement confortable et le pire est la découverte de la douchette qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos. Il n'y a aucune pression et c'est pas possible de payer 70€ la nuit et de ne pas pouvoir se sentir propre. Un point de moins pour l'hôtel. Une fois la frustration passée, on se détend sur les transats et on demande un cocktail a 4$ ce qui est horriblement chère mais le pire c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'alcool dedans, les Spring rolls plein d'huile était bon. La suite est terrible car je m'endors sur le transat après un baignade ou j'ai la sensation que l'eau n'est pas propre ce qui est vrai pour tout ce coin de plage a évité. Je me réveille avec des petits boutons qui démangent ( plus de 50 au total) et là c'est le début de 4 jours de douleur.car.la plage n'est pas nettoyée par l'hôtel comparé a tous les autres et donc des puces de sable se sont fait plaisir plus de 50 boutons qui gratte énormément. A partir de là j'espère juste partir et je décide comme l'an dernier de retourner au resort la passion car au moins c'est propre et a seulement 25 € de plus il y a pas de comparaison possible. Je ne remercie absolument pas saracen hôtel car c'est le plus bas de gamme et mal géré des hôtels que j'ai vu du Cambodge pourtant a 70€ la nuit je trouve cela scandaleux. Pour être complet la chambre est correcte voir géante avec ce manque de mobilier intérieur et les murs craquelés ne vont pas résister éternellement. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix et pas fou parter sur la plage, il y a que mieux et bien moins chere 4$ versus 6,75$ pour pas grand chose. Je suis dégoûtée car j'ai encore des séquelles de votre négligence alors que j'ai payé un service inexistant. Bisous d'un membre diamond qui ne raconte que son horrible expérience, qui vit environ 120 jours par an a l'hôtel et qui a une exigence première le service client et la c'est plus que mauvais.

早餐是點餐，英式美式本地三種。酒店小划艇就放海邊，住客隨便用，但安全也自己負責，酒店提供救生服。這酒店兩邊沒有別家店，加上房間都獨棟，白天晚上都特別安靜。這店房間少，所以前邊沙灘躺椅海里都比較清凈，拍一個人都沒有的沙灘大海也能拍得到。海水清倒是清，但魚非常少。漲潮退潮水遠近變化大，淺水區很長，沙子也細，非常適合孩子。這位置看不到海上日出，是從海灣山上出，角度差些，比較遺憾。下午左邊的山會遮住烈日，這時候下海非常好。酒店午餐比島上另幾個餐廳貴一美元多，味道還行，環境比較好，不想走過去在酒店吃也挺好。

Overall I am very happy and will come back here if we return to this island. It’s friendly, easygoing, not crowded. The beach is cleaner and uncrowded. Nice beach chairs and grass- thatched umbrellas. Three rows of bungalows, with the closest to the beach most expensive probably, but we stayed in the farthest, an additional 20 seconds walk away.

This was our second time at Saracen beach resort and it feels like coming home. Bungalows are clean, beautiful and well equiped. And the Stuff, we love them all! They really do they best for you, are friendly and helpfull. Resorts beach is the best part of Saracen bay beach. White sand, clean and peacefull. Highly recommend!

The room in this resort is really big and spacious, you can book the one with Seaview and that’s really good, when you wake up can see nice view is really relaxing. Room also been cleaned everyday, change sheets and towel, sometimes need to request. Shampoo and body wash and other items recommend to bring from home because they don’t provide everyday unless requested. Wifi works fine, sometimes electricity disappear but is something happens all around the island and usually just for short period time, like 1/2 minutes. Food I don’t really recommend, unless you get free breakfast, the food is not the best in the island, they didn’t have fresh juice for example while other resort has it. You can rent kayak for free, I didn’t do it but it what it says, seems other resort might don’t rent for free. Staff are really polite and friendly as most of the people staying on the island. Little issue happened when I checked in, they mistakenly give us wrong room, lucky I asked and they checked the reservation again. Not sure if was International or not. Overall if you want privacy, quite place is probably the best resort on the island. And going to other resort is just a bit of walk on the beach.

Certainly the best hotel on the beach, stunning view, the beach is kept clean and being at the end of the beach it's pretty quiet. Staff were good and friendly with no real issues with service. Unfortunately only 4 stars not 5 only because of the internet. Absolutely unusable in the rooms and not much better in the restaurant/main building. Barely enough to get messages through, certainly not good enough to work. The neighbours and competition all have fast and great internet provision, this need fixed ASAP. I was planning on coming down at the start of next year to remote work for a week or two, but that could not happen with things in their current state.

The room was large with access to the beach. The rooms wasn't cheap, even expensive for what you get (we were here in the low season and often the only customer). Good airco but lazy shower, was harly giving some water. The breakfast is a menu, always the same, and included only 1 coffee or tea. Our room wasn't daily cleaned and we also didn't receive every the free water. The resort is surrounded by 2 constructions areas (left and right) with lots of noise from very very early (before 6 am) in the morning till late in the evening, even on sunday. So not relaxing at all. At this moment it is not worth its money

This is currently, probabyl, the best hotel on the island but that's not saying much as the competition isn't great and this hotel could try harder. We found our room pleasant enough but it contained many mosquitoes on arrival. We complained and they did try to rectify it but we both were bitten in the night. The bed had no mosquito net. Plus our room wasn't cleaned or made up after our second night. Poor service when paying a premium price but they don't seem to care.
