Location was deep inside, the bed was a bit too tall and weird smell once I entered my room, overall consider ok

Oasis in busy city. Nice atmosphere of small hotel with good swimming pool and garden that nice to enjoy in afternoon.

Everything looks good and clean but there’s no breakfast. The location was sent on the main road.

It's at the bottom edge of sinohkvile, the area is still under developed so it's pretty cool, but still it's too far from the beach. The room wasclean, the service was exceptionally good, as all rooms open to the same shared location you might be able to start a conversation with someone new.

Very close to otres beach. Tiny hotel. But very clean. The rooms are big enough. Pizzas were great. The swimming pool was clean. Very nice for a short stay in sihanoukville. The staff is very supportive. Just a problem of mosquitoes is there.

Nice bungalows, good size with all the amenities you probably need. Good AC, cool little pool in the center of the property and the restaurant area is very nice with a pool table. Location is not ideal on foot so a motobike is recommended. Otres is the nicest and quietest beach by far. Staff could smile a bit more and the coffee was bad.

The resort itself was as expected, although it's a bit of a dust bowl all around it and there was a pole driver going next door for a few hours each day, luckily not too early. If you have to stay in Sihanoukville then this is a good option and the walk to the beach is bareable. If you don't need to stay in Sihanoukville then don't, the beach is ok but there are scant options for food to enjoy a nice day along the beach, it's a bit of a weird baren ghost town area at this end of Otres beach. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool a welcome relief for cooling off. The food at the restaurant was also great and serves in a lovely thatched roof area surrounded by garden. I did note they dropped there price a lot the day before so would be worth it for a last minute stay just to chill.
