Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and heartfelt service that made us feel truly special. The hotel grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and offer a wonderful tropical atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The beach was simply breathtaking—crystal-clear water and soft, white sand made it feel like paradise.

We had an amazing time at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! Beautiful facilities; great location at the best part of the island; close to restaurants & bars; clean & nice room + terrace; house-keeping is very attentive. Only dislike: many ingredients of several dishes in the restaurant menu (although some local) were not available during our entire stay. Overall great and would come again!

Wonderful rooms in a beautiful setting. We spent two great nights there. We chilled comfortably in the pool and the beach.

Generally it was a pleasant experience of staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and quite cozy. There were some minor issues like quite old and worn towels, some misunderstandings with transfer to the pier, etc. The restaurant was also pretty good, but it’s noticeably overpriced (and that’s why wasn’t popular among the hotel’s guests). It’s recommended to go to a restaurant or a bar at one of the neighbor hotels, where there is life music, fireworks, fire shows and also nice local and western food at way more affordable price. As for the beach, it’s clean and shallow, with white sand, however it was windy most of the time we spent on the island. I’d recommend to walk for about 15-20 minutes to the opposite shore of the island (Lazy Beach - see the photo) and enjoy calm and very clean sea, with yellow sand and lovely beach restaurant/bar. Lazy Beach is totally free of charge (no sun-beds or umbrellas there however you can find enough shade under the big threes at the beach).

Beautiful hotel I’m a good location on the island. The little chalet type accommodation was lovely and well stocked with everything you needed. Breakfast had a good selection and very nice coffee. Great stay. Thank you.

Nice View , Great Facilities and Recommend for couple trying to find romance place and peaceful

During the check in we found out there is no room for us, had to waste more than an hour of our time. Apart from that, there were no problems. It’s still the best option to stay on the island.

I had a great experience. The staff are so helpful.

Maybe one of the best hotels at Koh Rong Sanloem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice, swimming pool, restaurant, food, everything good and clean. Beach front, few bars around.

Very recommended resort

Be careful please. Because someone took our stuff from out of the room when did we go for the breakfast and then staff couldn’t help us to recover them. Even we showed the video proofs.

Fantastic place, the better hotel in this island. People are very kind and even with pool closing at 5pm, we were allowed to stay there with the kids much longer.. Great breakfast and good food, however little expensive.
