Baiklah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, sama seperti dalam cerita itu, semuanya bermula dengan baik))) orang baik, tempat atmosfera, dan perkhidmatannya begitu-begitu: pertama, mereka tidak menawarkan pemindahan dari jeti ke hotel dan kembali ke jeti, saya berjalan di sepanjang pantai dengan beg pakaian. Semasa mendaftar keluar, ternyata $27 telah ditambahkan pada akaun. Pantai di hadapan hotel pada waktu pagi adalah kotor, tidak dibersihkan, dan sebahagiannya di dalam sampah dari kafe. Kebisingan dari siling, pada waktu petang dan dari 5 pagi (!) bunyi di belakang siling, anak kucing dilepaskan di atas bumbung dan mereka bermain ... semasa menempah bilik dalam pilihan - pemandangan taman, ternyata pemandangan pagar jiran, muzik di bar sehingga 11:00 malam, kakitangan mula bekerja pada 5:30 dan berkomunikasi dengan kuat. Bar tidak tahu cara membuat koktel; pinot calada klasik telah bertukar menjadi cecair dengan kepingan santan.

Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk.
Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here!

I really don't like the staff who handle reservations at this hotel. I know I made my booking online, and I reserved three rooms. I tried to request that all three rooms be on the same floor by contacting the reservation staff via Telegram, but she didn't place us on the same floor and was quite rude. I mentioned that I needed one extra bed, which she provided, but regarding my request for all the rooms to be on the same floor, she put one of our rooms on a different floor. 😡 When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they had three rooms on the same floor, contrary to what the reservation handler had told us.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Leider nimmt es das Hotel mit der Sauberkeit nicht sehr genau. Im Bad hinter der Türe war ein ca. 8 mm grosser Blutfleck mit Rinnsal, in der Dusche gibt es Schimmel. Die Bettwäsche war hingegen in Ordnung. Ein richtiges Restaurant gibt es nicht. Es gibt aber Snacks zu essen an der Poolbar auf dem Dach. Leider ist es auch da etwas unappetitlich. Die Tische sind nicht abgeräumt und völlig verdreckt. Ich habe bei der Bestellung gebeten, dass der Tisch sauber gemacht wird. Dass Essen kam dann aber auf den unabgeräumten, dreckigen Tisch. Erst als ich fand, er könne das essen so nicht auf den Tisch stellen, kam jemand mit einem (ebenfalls dreckigen) Lappen. Der Tisch war danach immer noch klebrig. Und interessant: gemäss Speisekarte kostete das Essen 6,50 USD, auf der Rechnung hatte ich dann 8 USD. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher überschaubar, aber noch ok, auch mit der Hygiene, soweit man es sieht. Die Angestellten, auch jene an der Rezeption sprechen kaum Englisch. Sihanouk ist im allgemeinen nicht sehenswert. Es ist eine sehr, sehr dreckige Stadt, voll von Bauruinen. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse sind miserabel. In einer Strasse hat es richtig gestunken, weil eine halb verweste Ratte auf der Strasse lag. Selbst wenn das Hotel noch gut wäre, man kann nicht vor die Türe.

I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

This is an incredible place to stay and from the point you are met from the boat to checking in you feel like your in paradise, though this is more from the island than just La Passion. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. They offer a buggy service that you can message to pick you up from your room and bring you to the pool or restaurant, though it’s not a long walk either and walking through the trees is nice. We only ate breakfast in the resort, which had options to cater for every taste. Cleary the resort is pitching itself at the highest end and has prices to match, a beer is $4 and water is $5 whereas you can just walk down the beach 100m and get the same for $1. Probably not the best place for a family stay but the staff did a great job of playing badminton and volleyball with them in the beach. The wooden walkways need some serious attention though. A large number of them are rotten and managed to put my foot through a couple of them, as did my children, luckily no injuries sustained.

PPengguna TetamuEXCELLENT! Here's WHY: The place itself is serene already. Considering Covid's situation with probably fewer guests in the past year or two, they still have a decent-looking place. Reception is clean and well organized, lifts are clean, and the hallways are tidy. I stayed in the deluxe room category. If I did not come to enjoy the beach view and the pool, I would not leave my room. The deluxe room is pretty cozy. Well maintained; hoping the rest of the rooms too. Food? I could not say anything terrible about what the cuisines taste. It was superb! I came during a peak season, so expect some delays without changing food quality. I did not manage to swim as I preferred to relax and swim at the ocean pool instead. The beach was clean, and I saw many people enjoying their time swimming. The ocean pool is heaven! You must visit that area if you want to have ”intragamable” sunset photos. I know two nights was not enough, that is why I am sad but will surely visit again for a longer time. Thank you! Special mention to the F&B Manager, the head of security, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent services and facility), and Anna, the General Manager.

BBrandi from TexasStaying in the Pods is definitely an experience. The property is huge. There are lots of amenities and restaurants to enjoy. The food is GOOD. We are at the Sunset restaurant on the beach and room service. Very good. Breakfast was ok. We had a great time on the beach. We were there all day. There’s towels and you can order drinks. The public beach is beside the property. The only damper on our experience was several (3 separate) Chinese guests (we know bc we live in China and speak Chinese) chose to start recording us and staring at the infinity pool. It almost ruined a very enjoyable day on the beach. Overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend that property. Other guests should be more considerate because it’s rude.

It’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

PPengguna TetamuIf you looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the Cambodian mainland, The Azure Guesthouse situated in the beautiful village of M'pai Bay on Koh Rong Samloem, a 45 minute ferry ride from Sihanoukville. The Guesthouse is wonderful, run by Jay and Dave who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are lovely, with big, comfortable beds, air conditioning and clean, private bathrooms. The village isn't too big, so you can easily immerse yourself in the village, island life. Azure is an easy 2 minute walk to the pier and beach. Also close to other beaches and treks. There are many food options in the village too. Jay and Dave are very knowledgeable on the island and village, and are happy to help with recommendations and advice throughout your stay. In addition to the restaurants and cafes in the village, The Azure has a bar/cafe next to the Guesthouse. Also, If you need a boat or want to go snorkeling or diving, Jay can organize it for you. There are some incredible sunsets from the island. So, there is a rooftop balcony at Azure so you can relax and watch the view over the water. This was my first visit to M'pai Bay and it won't be my last. I highly recommend The Azure, you'll never regret it.

IIrina BOGODUKHOVAFirstly, I apologize for being not careful enough to read the hidden details about the room I booked in a rush, due to lots of other reasons related to bad logistics provided by the bus company and ferry operators.
At the site, after the check-in, when I was presented with the property, I was quite shocked that the whole hut had just a simple zip line as a doorway, and at the bottom it was locked with the lock though all the other length of the “gates” had a full access to the insides. The shared WC was a total shock, too poor and too tiny and too weirdly placed right at the hut side. The location was awful too: in the middle of the construction/ demolishing site and with the dump gutter on the other side, with the full access to the major pavement where travelers either hanging around or eating. I had no willing to check the “private beach”, definitely it was common and somewhere in front of the bar lane. In a word, the conditions were pretty miserable. Not corresponding with the ecstatics feedbacks.

PPengguna TetamuI spent four days at Laguna in May. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The resort is surrounded by nature. I stayed in one of the bungalows. The room was clean, modern and had all of the amenities I expected. The restaurant area is wonderful, with very reasonable prices. It is lovely and open so you can watch the sunset over the island of an evening. The hotel offers pool (billiards), board games and boat trips around the island. However, the best thing about Laguna is the staff. Michael the Manager and Neal the bar tender are warm, friendly and work hard to make your stay the best it can possibly be. My friend and I are vegetarian so they gave us some additional off menu options. I would highly recommend a stay at Laguna.
