I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was. The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

Baiklah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, sama seperti dalam cerita itu, semuanya bermula dengan baik))) orang baik, tempat atmosfera, dan perkhidmatannya begitu-begitu: pertama, mereka tidak menawarkan pemindahan dari jeti ke hotel dan kembali ke jeti, saya berjalan di sepanjang pantai dengan beg pakaian. Semasa mendaftar keluar, ternyata $27 telah ditambahkan pada akaun. Pantai di hadapan hotel pada waktu pagi adalah kotor, tidak dibersihkan, dan sebahagiannya di dalam sampah dari kafe. Kebisingan dari siling, pada waktu petang dan dari 5 pagi (!) bunyi di belakang siling, anak kucing dilepaskan di atas bumbung dan mereka bermain ... semasa menempah bilik dalam pilihan - pemandangan taman, ternyata pemandangan pagar jiran, muzik di bar sehingga 11:00 malam, kakitangan mula bekerja pada 5:30 dan berkomunikasi dengan kuat. Bar tidak tahu cara membuat koktel; pinot calada klasik telah bertukar menjadi cecair dengan kepingan santan.

I spent few nights with this hotel, and i love the way it's. Nice and peaceful place to stay and this big space as well as the pool on the second floors was nice view for sunset view. I would recommend to anyone would love to spend their time for holiday in SHV.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Leider nimmt es das Hotel mit der Sauberkeit nicht sehr genau. Im Bad hinter der Türe war ein ca. 8 mm grosser Blutfleck mit Rinnsal, in der Dusche gibt es Schimmel. Die Bettwäsche war hingegen in Ordnung. Ein richtiges Restaurant gibt es nicht. Es gibt aber Snacks zu essen an der Poolbar auf dem Dach. Leider ist es auch da etwas unappetitlich. Die Tische sind nicht abgeräumt und völlig verdreckt. Ich habe bei der Bestellung gebeten, dass der Tisch sauber gemacht wird. Dass Essen kam dann aber auf den unabgeräumten, dreckigen Tisch. Erst als ich fand, er könne das essen so nicht auf den Tisch stellen, kam jemand mit einem (ebenfalls dreckigen) Lappen. Der Tisch war danach immer noch klebrig. Und interessant: gemäss Speisekarte kostete das Essen 6,50 USD, auf der Rechnung hatte ich dann 8 USD. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher überschaubar, aber noch ok, auch mit der Hygiene, soweit man es sieht. Die Angestellten, auch jene an der Rezeption sprechen kaum Englisch. Sihanouk ist im allgemeinen nicht sehenswert. Es ist eine sehr, sehr dreckige Stadt, voll von Bauruinen. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse sind miserabel. In einer Strasse hat es richtig gestunken, weil eine halb verweste Ratte auf der Strasse lag. Selbst wenn das Hotel noch gut wäre, man kann nicht vor die Türe.

Booking through Trip.com is quite reasonable price compare to other OTAs and Walk in to property, appreciate it. The property is quite clean to its newly built. The Breakfast voucher purchase at the counter is cheaper than booking via OTA. And I got an upgrade from Standard to Deluxe Room, it’s quite the same layout only different to big corner balcony but still love how they treat us.

Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. AAyakhaThe bungalow only had a bed, not even a little chair or anywhere to put your bags so everything ended up going on the bed or the floor. Only half of the plug points were working so it took a while to figure out which ones were working. The lights were not working, when I told reception they came and fixed the bathroom light. The main bedroom light was not fixed. When I reported it the next day they said they would come and check it out. I waited for hours, no one came. I then went back to reception to report it then they told me that the light was broken and they didn’t have the necessary tools to fix it. No offer to move me or anything. The lock on the door was a mess, half the time it didn’t work and you would hurt your fingers trying to get it to work. I couldn’t leave my valuables in the room. They put me (a solo female) in a bungalow the far away with a door lock that didn’t work properly which says a lot. The WiFi also barely worked in the bungalow. You couldn’t pay me to stay at that hostel again. The location of the hostel is a good one, near the beach but overall, my stay was a disappointing!

PPengguna TetamuNous pensions séjourner dans un hôtel de rêve et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très déçu. Effectivement, en photos, l'hôtel semble magnifique ! Mais la réalité est toute autre. L'hôtel semble ne pas avoir été terminé. Dès l'entrée, la réception est sans âme (le check-in se fait en 30 secondes sans passeport en mode ”ne restez pas là pour voir”), le chemin qui mène aux chambres est p****mé de détritus, de mauvaises herbes et d'un chemin en terre comme si des tractopelles venaient de passer. Nous avons payé 270€ pour 2 nuits pour une chambre familiale avec vue mer, première déception, nous ne voyons pas la mer car la végétation a pris le dessus. La chambre est très spacieuse mais manque de vie, il n'y a pas de télé, pas de meuble, la salle de bain reste à finir (non carrelée avec de la moisissure en bas), j'avais l'impression d'être dans un préfabriqué de chantier. Pour fermer la chambre, c'est un simple cadenas. Que dire du restaurant ... Le toit a pris feu et n'a pas été remplacé. On a donc des bâches de chantier qui bouchent les trous. Les repas sont chers mais ils sont bons ! L'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous, le personnel ne comprend pas beaucoup l'anglais et le manager semble tirer la gueule tous les jours, ne donnant pas envie de rester devant cette magnifique plage. Le petit-déjeuner est ridicule, nous avons simplement des oeufs, du riz, des nouilles, deux fruits et des jus de fruits en bouteille. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 3-4 étoiles ... D'ailleurs pour se vanter un peu, l'hôtel n'a pas hésité à faire broder 5 étoiles sur les serviettes. L'espace plage est ridicule lui aussi, car nous avons seulement 3 parasols et une dizaine de transats sans matelas de plage pour tout l'hôtel. Les transats sont délabrés et le sol est jonché de déchets (verre du restaurant, briquets, paquets de cigarettes, etc ...). Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est d'être situé sur la magnifique plage de Long Beach qui est un vrai havre de paix. Si cet hôtel avait été moins cher, nous aurions accepté tous ces problèmes, mais à ce prix-là c'est inconcevable. Si j'avais lu ce genre de commentaires avant d'y aller, je n'aurais pas pris cet hôtel. Pour comparaison, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à Koh Rong Sanloem dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, pour moins cher et avec toutes les conditions réunies (piscine, accueil, restaurant, confort de la chambre).

PPengguna TetamuI spent four days at Laguna in May. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The resort is surrounded by nature. I stayed in one of the bungalows. The room was clean, modern and had all of the amenities I expected. The restaurant area is wonderful, with very reasonable prices. It is lovely and open so you can watch the sunset over the island of an evening. The hotel offers pool (billiards), board games and boat trips around the island. However, the best thing about Laguna is the staff. Michael the Manager and Neal the bar tender are warm, friendly and work hard to make your stay the best it can possibly be. My friend and I are vegetarian so they gave us some additional off menu options. I would highly recommend a stay at Laguna.

PPengguna TetamuDas Zimmer ist wirklich ok. Und wenn man mehr Zeit Draussen als Drinnen verbringt, absolut genügend. Mit wenigen Detailsarbwiten würde es schon anders wirken. Bessere Matratze (unsere war durchgelegen), saubere Bodenmatten (wurden länger nicht mehr gewaschen). Bad sollte wohl definitiv mal renoviert werden.
