EXCELLENT! Here's WHY: The place itself is serene already. Considering Covid's situation with probably fewer guests in the past year or two, they still have a decent-looking place. Reception is clean and well organized, lifts are clean, and the hallways are tidy. I stayed in the deluxe room category. If I did not come to enjoy the beach view and the pool, I would not leave my room. The deluxe room is pretty cozy. Well maintained; hoping the rest of the rooms too. Food? I could not say anything terrible about what the cuisines taste. It was superb! I came during a peak season, so expect some delays without changing food quality. I did not manage to swim as I preferred to relax and swim at the ocean pool instead. The beach was clean, and I saw many people enjoying their time swimming. The ocean pool is heaven! You must visit that area if you want to have ”intragamable” sunset photos. I know two nights was not enough, that is why I am sad but will surely visit again for a longer time. Thank you! Special mention to the F&B Manager, the head of security, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent services and facility), and Anna, the General Manager.

Baiklah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, sama seperti dalam cerita itu, semuanya bermula dengan baik))) orang baik, tempat atmosfera, dan perkhidmatannya begitu-begitu: pertama, mereka tidak menawarkan pemindahan dari jeti ke hotel dan kembali ke jeti, saya berjalan di sepanjang pantai dengan beg pakaian. Semasa mendaftar keluar, ternyata $27 telah ditambahkan pada akaun. Pantai di hadapan hotel pada waktu pagi adalah kotor, tidak dibersihkan, dan sebahagiannya di dalam sampah dari kafe. Kebisingan dari siling, pada waktu petang dan dari 5 pagi (!) bunyi di belakang siling, anak kucing dilepaskan di atas bumbung dan mereka bermain ... semasa menempah bilik dalam pilihan - pemandangan taman, ternyata pemandangan pagar jiran, muzik di bar sehingga 11:00 malam, kakitangan mula bekerja pada 5:30 dan berkomunikasi dengan kuat. Bar tidak tahu cara membuat koktel; pinot calada klasik telah bertukar menjadi cecair dengan kepingan santan.

I would give this 4 stars but I would think they need to put more effort to maintain the area a lot more. This hotel located on otres beach which is quite in a distance from city center of Sihanoukville but it is quite a good place to be away from the business of the Chinese taking over town. I saw the hotel on booking.Com and Agoda and decided to call to the hotel straight away to get a better deal, the photo looks fantastic in the site like Agoda and booking.Com but when I arrive here I saw the room as it is off for a couple of weeks without taking care of, the bathroom is not what I was expecting and the room itself is not what it does look on the site. So I asked the guy at the front desk to change to a bungalow pool view which is a bit better. I love the outdoor bathroom with nature and the pool is quite relaxing. The room I’m general is ok but not the best deal with what we paid for, they have a draft beer for one dollar and the food is good but a bit expensive here. Staff are friendly and welcoming with a nice smile all the time when I need to ask anything, I want to rent a motorcycle but they have the option here, they only have bicycles for rent but is 5$ per hour not per day. They also have quad bike to rent and it cost 25$ per hour as well. Overall I would rate this hotel higher if they try to keep area more clean and perhaps paint the building as advertised on the booking site.

Расположение рядом с главной улицей , все рядом . До пляжа 20 минут пешком или 1 доллар на туктуке. Чисто , безопасно , просторно , супер вежливый персонал , вай фай работает не идеально , но неплохо вполне . Вокруг есть локальные кафе , и магазины .

The resort itself was as expected, although it's a bit of a dust bowl all around it and there was a pole driver going next door for a few hours each day, luckily not too early. If you have to stay in Sihanoukville then this is a good option and the walk to the beach is bareable. If you don't need to stay in Sihanoukville then don't, the beach is ok but there are scant options for food to enjoy a nice day along the beach, it's a bit of a weird baren ghost town area at this end of Otres beach. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool a welcome relief for cooling off. The food at the restaurant was also great and serves in a lovely thatched roof area surrounded by garden. I did note they dropped there price a lot the day before so would be worth it for a last minute stay just to chill.

Gorgeous small resort, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights here. Beautifully designed & decorated rooms. High quality bed linens & extremely comfortable bed. Very friendly & helpful staff. The beach is stunning. Breakfast service slightly chaotic at times but delicious omelettes & super selection on buffet. Resort also had paddle boards & kayaks which we utilised & brand new scooters which we rented. Would definitely recommend & would love to return here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We chose the hotel for our Saturday early evening meal . The hotel being situated opposite a lovely beech, ideal for young children. We ordered our food from the hotel restaurant in advance and then walked the children over to the beech. Our objective being to ensure our young children did not wait for their meals. Given we had a large party, the quality of the dishes served were excellent and well worth the drive from our hotel. The restaurant is cozy, trendy & warm. A delight for the weary traveler. If you arrive slightly later than us, you will even find it full of just grown ups !! Highly recommended.

Sejujurnya saya tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang tempat ini. Ia cantik & lokasinya mengagumkan, mudah berjalan kaki ke pantai. Banglonya bersih & katilnya bagus. Dora (maafkan saya jika saya telah membuang ejaan nama), wanita Rusia yang cantik yang mengendalikan tempat itu, sangat baik & pemurah kepada kami sepanjang penginapan kami. Teman wanita saya & saya belum boleh pulang kerana Covid-19, tetapi Dora membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah sepanjang kami tinggal di sini. Jika anda pergi ke Koh Rong, bantu diri anda & menginap di Tree House Banglo. Anda tidak akan menyesal!

Beautiful and cozy resort right on the white sands beach. We chose the Beach front cottage. The room was big with two queen size beds. The amenities in the room were basic considering the price. The bathroom was a dampener as the washbasin and shower had very poor fittings resulting in poor water supply. No place to hang even the towel as there were no hooks or anything else. The best part was the white sand beach just outside the resort with pristine blue water. The resort also had a restaurant and a bar that served good food and drinks. But mind you, service is available only until 9pm. After that no is there to even give you water if you need it. Staff were helpful and polite. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to help as much as they can. Will love to visit again some day.

I was there a couple nights, the room is cozy with huge bathroom cold, hot water. It is one of isolated place with nice environment if you like quite island place you should try there. At night, it is quiet place no any pub place nearby there. The staffs all are friendly but you all guys should improve. They have no breakfast provided but I could get any meal where next their resort. That’s gorgeous place.
