Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed at the reception that the property does not have its own restaurant and that all food, including breakfast, is ordered from outside and only available after 9 AM. This was highly inconvenient, as my booking included breakfast, yet I was unable to receive it at a reasonable time. When I requested a refund for the breakfast, my request was denied. Furthermore, upon entering my room, I found that no amenities were provided—not even basic essentials like a towel. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel staff (calling at least ten times), my calls went unanswered. At the time of checkout, when I raised these concerns, the staff refused to acknowledge my complaints or the fact that I had repeatedly tried to reach them. This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve their service quality.
