Hotel berhampiran Bloesem Shop di Singapura

Room acceptable only thing room does not have bed slipper and tv which can access youtube like other 4star hotel. No bathtub though saw they have but otherwise acceptable, staff very nice and friendly and will comeby again for my next staycation.

Overall, despite its old furniture, I like the hotel. However there are some rooms that are smaller especially those with xx9 ending. However since there were any rooms available, they fulfilled my request to change the room. If you ride MRT, you can stop at Havelock to reach the hotel. I love the location since it is not too crowded but still near to some facilities.

I was very happy with my stay here, the location ever so slightly out of some of the main tourist areas was close to three MRTs and very quiet. So much so that I slept for twelve hours = jetlag. James on the front desk was very helpful, running down the street after me when I stupidly left my passport behind.

I was lovely time. For one person my room was perfect. Very clean and cozy. But chair was little bit old with mold. Btw, thank you for your service.

Lokasi agak jauh dari jalan dan memerlukan kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki. Hujan turun dan tiada tempat perlindungan berdekatan yang boleh membantu kami ke sana. Daftar masuk hanya dibenarkan pada jam 3 petang yang dijangka seperti yang dinyatakan di laman web. Kami diberi bilik di tingkat 3. Penyaman udara rosak di sepanjang koridor hotel di tingkat 3. Jadi anda boleh menjangkakan bahawa ia agak pengap apabila kami keluar dari lif. Bilik selesa dan saya benar-benar menikmati ambiennya. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat begitu banyak perkara yang rosak atau tidak berfungsi. Bidai di sebelah tidak berfungsi dan saya tidak dapat membukanya. Mentol lampu meletup tepat di siling. Penutup Palam Berbilang tercabut mendedahkan keseluruhan palam di bawahnya. Salah satu bidai tandas juga tidak berfungsi. TV tidak mempunyai rangkaian. Selangkah di tangga ke atas sudah goyah. Dipanggil untuk mendapatkan bantuan berkaitan isu tersebut terutamanya TV dan mereka menghabiskan masa yang agak lama untuk membetulkan sambungan. Perkhidmatan bilik untuk permintaan peralatan mandian telah dijawab dengan pantas. Kolam renang kecil dan hanya untuk berenang pusingan pendek. Gym pun kecil. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan kerana persekitaran bilik.

Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik dan sangat mesra. Bilik tidur yang besar sangat besar, dengan pencahayaan yang baik, kemudahan bilik mandi juga sangat baru, tab mandi juga sangat besar, dan reka bentuknya sangat berpatutan. Kemudahan gim hotel juga sangat lengkap, dan peralatannya juga sangat baru. Terdapat jurulatih khas di dalamnya yang boleh ditempah. Kolam renang juga sangat bagus, tetapi agak kecil. Katering hotel sangat bagus.. Pagi pagi ada buffet. Pilihannya banyak, dan buah-buahan ada macam-macam, yang sangat segar. Terdapat juga dua restoran di hotel, satu adalah bufet, dan satu lagi boleh menyediakan barbeku dan koktel. Ini sangat baik, makanannya lazat, dan wainnya juga sangat baik. Pendek kata, pengalaman perjalanan perniagaan ini sangat bagus, sangat berpuas hati!

Picked this hotel for the spacious room and bed, but could do with a bigger tv..location was not the best as there was barely food options nearby. Have to take a short walk to robertsonquay area for the nearest dining option! But the bus stops right outside the hotel does takes you to many places. A basic hotel but definitely value for money!

Hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang baik secara keseluruhan. Lokasi tidak begitu selesa tetapi ia baik-baik saja. Makanannya juga sedap. Idea loteng adalah menarik. Walau bagaimanapun, satu perkara yang saya ingin nyatakan ialah kad saya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kami terpaksa memasukkan kad ke dalam untuk membuka kunci pintu berkali-kali sebelum kami boleh masuk ke dalam bilik hotel kami. Tandas sebenarnya kecil juga tetapi boleh dilaksanakan.

I have never stayed in such a small room for the price across the 10 countries I have visited. This room consists of a mattress on the floor in about a 6ft x 6ft space. It has a kettle/jug with a cup and 1 tea bag supplied, I hate tea so was not impressed that they didn't even have a simple coffee sachet included, especially for the price of the room. I don't know how the bathroom passed building regulations when you cannot sit on the toilet due to it being turned sideways and 6 inches from the wall, prepare to ride side-saddle if you want to use it. I am only a slim person, so if you are not a slim person you will have great difficulty in using the toilet or even having a shower. I tried to take photos of the bathroom but it is just so small I had trouble doing that. They have escalators that do not work, so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. They need to invest in a vacuum cleaner and a broom because you can see the floors throughout the hotel are not vacuumed and the entry foyer is not swept. It really looks like the owners don't care anymore, and are just maximizing their profits from tourists That is the impression I got, especially when there was a family demanding a refund and not happy with the hotel. If it wasn't for the above issues, this place would have got a better rating from me, but a hotel that is diminishing with no money being spent on it will always turn into something people do not rate well. I would never stay again simply due to the bathroom being so small with a toilet you have to sit sideways on to use, and escalators that do not function forcing one to have to climb the escalator stair with their luggage.
