Hotel berhampiran Changi Naval Base, Singapura

It is located on the same floor of arrival hall and only a few steps away once we land at terminal 3. The MRT is also in terminal 3 of Changi Airport which makes it so easy to commute to the city.  Lots of restaurants in basement 2 and also a supermarket if you need drinks or snacks. We are able to push our airport trolley of luggage directly to our room. Really excellent!

I had a lovely stay!! I would definitely recommend. The hotel caters for solo travelers, the room has a lot of mirrors, and it was easy for me To take full body pictures in different areas, with that being said I really loved my room, it was actually more cuter than I thought, the hotel staff they’re very polite, helpful. I would love to visit again with my friends/family.

Hotel is located within Changi City Mall which is a haven for outlet stores shopping. There are ample restaurants and shopping within the mall. Expo MRT is across the road too with Singapore Expo just further down. Room is pretty big and comes with simple washing and cooking facilities etc. There’s even an oven inside the room. Ideal like long term stays. Only thing missing is a washing machine. The only shortfall is that there is no complimentary parking. Paid more than $30 for a one night stay.

This resort was located at very strategy location with seaview. It's in the middle of Patong, Karon & Kata area. Maybe you will think that this resort might very noisy or near to any busy pub/club/F&B, the answer is not! They are faraway 3-4km, so you can enjoyed the peaceful time. The room service very fast and fulfill all my request. The part of resort near to cliff was doing overall renovation & upgrading. This part was quite secret because you gonna walk down all the way then you will saw a brand new cliff cafe was doing renovation. Not much people enjoy at the swimming pool, so that you can take a lot of photos with infinity swimming pool. I am sure that your partner will like it. At this price, it is valuable.

Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

The place was a little old but good. It was very close to the hawker, very accessible to the bus. Good place if you want to relax, walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the port if you want to go to the island pulau ubin.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic staycation at Hotel Indigo Katong and couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service set the tone for a memorable experience. The staff, namely Andy, those who helped us shift the breakfast into the sheltered area, the staff who delivered the room service items, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism. The rooms themselves were a highlight—stylish, modern, and impeccably designed. Each room had a unique, artistic touch that reflected the vibrant spirit of Indigo hotels. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities. Overall, Hotel Indigo Katong offers a perfect blend of comfort, chic design, and outstanding service. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to enjoy a high-quality staycation in a truly cool and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised when Damien at the front desk very kindly upgraded our room to the junior suite at no extra charge. The suite came with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine with capsules, Bosch microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, induction hob with cooking wares, cutleries and dish soap). There’s a balcony that you can access with two different doors. The wet and dry bathroom has a bathtub and a separate rain shower. Just outside the bathroom is the 2-in-1 washer and dryer (with laundry detergent) that guests who are staying longer will surely appreciate! A comfortable and convenient hotel with really friendly and welcoming staff! Special thanks to Damien for making our staycation such a special one!

Semasa menginap di hotel ini, saya mengalami banyak perkara gila. Saya fikir saya perlu meninggalkan ulasan. Pada waktu pagi, kami masih di dalam bilik, tetapi kakitangan pengemasan mengetuk. Jadi, saya lebih daripada sedikit bingung. Pada hari terakhir, kakitangan meja depan lelaki. Saya sudah tahu masa daftar masuk, tetapi dia bertanya sama ada saya tahu masa daftar masuk. Dan perkara yang paling membuat saya marah ialah bunyi pembinaan. Saya tidak dapat tidur lena. Tetapi ia selesa kerana lokasinya baik.
