Hotel berhampiran Fort Serapong, Singapura

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

I recently had another memorable stay at the Fullerton Hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. This time, I stayed in a Heritage room, which came with delightful perks. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with two adorable Fullerton bears, a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of red wine, and a selection of TWG teas, all of which added a special touch to my experience. The service at Fullerton remains impeccable, which is why I keep returning. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures truly set this hotel apart.

Where to start. The hostel is close to a several of exits for Chinatown MRT station. Cheap eats are everywhere in Chinatown so you will be spoilt for choice. Check out the money changers at People's Park for good exchange rates if you have cash. The junction of South Bridge Road and Upper Cross Street is within walking distance of Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, the Barrage, the CBD, Bugis, City Hall. There is a self service laundrette down the street which includes detergent, and is fairly cheap for a wash and tumble dry load. And if you hanker for fresh fruit, check out the produce market in the Hong Lim Complex. The nitty gritty: the hostel is cheap, but no palace. Whilst the room and corridor floors are washed everyday, the same cannot be said of the showers and toilets - the grime and mould on the walls is beyond belief; good luck anyone who doesn't wear something on their feet when using the facilities. Rooms are airless and musty, having no ventilation even if they have windows which are sealed, and have a sweaty atmosphere of their own. AirCon only lowers the temperature of the rooms, and does nothing to circulate fresh air. Mattresses have seen better days and dip in the middle where countless bodies have slept on them over time. The same can be said of the pillows. The website photos paint the hostel in a deceptively clean and bright light, unfortunately the view from the open air eating area now looks onto a very large building sight, which even by SG standards must have been underway for at least 12 to 18 months. I guess you get what you pay for, but having travels to SG for decades, this hostel was reminiscent of Bencoolen Street in its heyday. The only saving grace is likely to be the people you meet whilst staying there.

I was celebrating my husband’s birthday at Ritz Carlton. We were amazed with the service and room assigned. The club lounge has excellent service, would specifically love to compliment, Firdaus and Moira. Both of them had made our stay an extraordinary experience. We will love to be back for more celebrations. High recommending hotel to enjoy excellent service and view!

Saya dan rakan saya tinggal di sini selama satu malam untuk perjalanan singapura kami. Pertama sekali, lokasinya sangat baik jika anda ingin melawat destinasi pelancongan seperti Bugis, kampong glam dan lorong haji. Ia sangat dekat dengan stesen mrt, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk sampai ke hotel tanpa memesan sebarang pengangkutan lain seperti grab atau teksi. Bilik ini agak kecil, tetapi ia sangat bersih dan selesa. Kemudahan di dalam hotel adalah sempurna, seperti syampu, gel mandian, berus gigi, pengering rambut malah seterika pakaian. Hotel yang sangat disyorkan di Singapura~

First time trying their club room. Was given a corner room with extra space despite last min booking. There is a special check in counter for club room at level 21 and private pool for club room and above. There is a schedule for the wellness activities provided by the hotel and u need to scan their QR code to make reservation. There is complimentary mini bar however I noticed there is no bath amenities for the bathtub like bath salt and the scrub etc. not sure if all this should be included inside or not? The club lounge (indoor and outdoor) was quite a nice place to chill and staff were quite flexible. The spread for evening cocktails and canapés were quite decent. We need to order the drinks via the staff and they will indicate on a piece of paper. Which I think is kinda wasting the paper. They took out new food even when it’s already 7plus. Breakfast food was decent also. Overall a nice experience trying their club room. Will go back when the price is right :)

I must say their attention to detail is top notch. We booked a Staycation here just after our wedding. Wasn't under any hotel wedding package but we were pleasantly greeted with a note & cake in our room. Amenities were all well maintained with a huge area for makeup & hair which I love. The view from the room was amazing, everything was clean & tidy. Not forgetting, the amazing breakfast spread is a MUST have!

Kemudahan: Mudah Kebersihan: kemas Persekitaran: Kesan penebat bunyi bilik hotel tidak begitu baik. Ia berdekatan dengan Little India dan terdapat masjid berdekatan Saya dikejutkan dengan bunyi sangkakala melaungkan sutra pada awal pagi... Perkhidmatan: OK Meja penyambut tetamu harus berbahasa Cina, tetapi mereka sudah biasa berbahasa Inggeris.

Pilihan pertama untuk menginap di hotel ini adalah kerana ia terletak betul-betul selepas stesen MRT Lavender Ia sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan untuk sarapan, makan tengah hari, makan malam dan snek lewat malam, serta pasar raya McDonald's dan Tradisional. , pengangkutan yang mudah, tempat makan yang selesa, dan perjalanan yang cepat ke dan dari tempat-tempat pelancongan Ia adalah hotel yang disyorkan dan saya akan menginap lagi apabila saya pergi ke Singapura. Dilampirkan beberapa foto pemandangan bandar yang diambil dari tingkat 15 teratas hotel. .

Bilik itu sangat bersih dan kakitangan membersihkannya dengan sangat serius. Walaupun kawasannya kecil, penggunaan ruang adalah sangat munasabah. Walaupun bilik mandi tidak mempunyai pemisahan kering dan basah, parit saliran linear mengalir dengan lancar dan tidak mengumpul air. Sarapan paginya juga agak kaya. Terdapat stesen telur di mana anda boleh makan pelbagai jenis telur. Air di kolam renang di dalam bilik agak kecil, dan suhu penghawa dingin adalah 24 darjah, tetapi sangat selesa untuk tidur dengan selimut di atasnya. Saya juga memesan selimut Sikap perkhidmatan pelanggan sangat baik dan ia dihantar dengan cepat. Kemudahan sokongan adalah lengkap, termasuk kolam renang, gimnasium dan bilik dobi. Lokasinya sangat baik, bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah Orchard road, dan terdapat republik makanan dan medan selera lain di tingkat bawah, yang sangat mudah untuk dimakan. Pengunjung hotel ini datang dari pelbagai negara. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat baik saya akan memilih di sini lagi lain kali.
