The first room that we were given smelt of damp quite badly- probably because of the bathroom as the wood had rotted on the door frame. We called the reception who was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite indeed. The room itself is quite dated which is why the hotel is getting renovated; this was mentioned by the hotel staff when we checked in- didn't bother us too much as the renovation started at 9am daily. Location is very very good. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the location. It is also next to Funan shopping mall so it is very handy for buying things-there is a decent food court and supermarket. A 15 minute or so walk to Marina Sand Bay too! Look forward to seeing it when it is fully renovated!

Setibanya di hotel disambut mesra dan dilayan oleh Andy dengan layanan yang sangat baik. Dia sangat sopan, berhati-hati dalam mengendalikan daftar masuk saya. Sangat bertimbang rasa ketika saya memberitahunya hari jadi saya dan dia memberitahu saya dia akan cuba sedaya upaya untuk melakukan sesuatu untuk saya. Loceng pintu berbunyi dan dia sendiri membawakan saya sepotong kek keju yang sedap. Sangat tersentuh dengan gelagatnya yang baik hati. Bilik sangat bersih n tenang. Wir haben kürzlich nach eine kleinen Odyssee am Münchner Flughafen wegen des Wetters im Pullman Hill St. übernachtet für 2 Nächte und es nicht bereut. Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel, äußerst zentral im „alten Teil“ von Singapur gelegen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Marina Bay und Pool ist einfach nur wow, das Bett war super komfortabel, mir hat besonders die Festigkeit der Kopfkissen gefallen. Das Design ist modern und greift überall das Thema Eisenbahn toll und gekonnt auf, schließlich geht es ja um die Pullman-Waggons 😀 Die Lobby begrüßt einen gleich mit auf alt gemachten Koffern, die mit diversen Stickern von alten, ehemals bekannten Hotels versehen sind und gleich mal den Anspruch des Hauses verdeutlichen, welches sich offenbar in einer Reihe mit diesen Häusern sehen will. Und das darf ruhig so sein!!! Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, toller großer Safe, in dem ein Laptopcomputer genauso Platz findet wie alles andere, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, die uns bei der morgendlichen Abreise um 0400 Uhr gute Dienste erwiesen hat, eine Dusche, die großzügiger nicht zu sein braucht, mit gut duftenden Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner. Gut war für uns außerdem die Bereitstellung eines in Bioqualität verpackten Kamms, das unser Gepäck es leider nicht geschafft hatte… Am Morgen unserer Abreise wurde uns noch ein leckeres Frühstücksdoggypack zur Verfügung gestellt- toll! Kurzum, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem neuartigen Pullman Hill Street und können uns vorstellen, dort wieder zu logieren, wenn es uns nach Singapur verschlägt.

Hotel yang menerima daftar masuk karantina mempunyai lantai khusus untuk para tetamu seperti itu. Setelah ”alarm” diangkat, pengaturan akan dibuat untuk bergerak keluar dan menukar bilik. Pengalaman dan suasana hidup agak rumit, dan tahap perkhidmatannya terpolarisasi: perkhidmatan di meja depan sangat baik dan profesional. Hotel ini dapat menyediakan perkhidmatan seperti penghantaran kereta dan simpanan bagasi percuma. Ia berbahasa Cina. Terdapat banyak kekurangan di dalam bilik. Ketika saya mula-mula bergerak Ada rambut di cadar dan noda di bahagian dalam mangkuk tandas. Ini boleh dianggap sebagai masalah kecil (difikirkan selepas itu, keadaan pembersihan bilik ini telah diperlihatkan di sini ...), tetapi saya tidak tahu mengapa ada satu di dalam bilik dan ia diperbaiki pada pukul 6 di pagi. Penggera tidak mematikan. Setelah berfikir dua kali, saya benar-benar terbangun ... Terdapat peti sejuk dan papan seterika di dalam bilik. Sediakan sikat dan peralatan mandian. Lokasinya bagus dan pengangkutannya selesa. Terdapat stesen MRT Outram Park di tingkat bawah, sekitar 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Chinatown. petua: Restoran ditutup, gimnasium tersedia, tempahan diperlukan, dan ”lokasi” terhad.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

Has liquid bath soap and shampoo dispenser at the toilet/shower. Exclusion to the standard room: disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb. We stayed in their triple room which has a fridge, electric kettle, TV, airconditioner, hot/cold shower. Well-recommended hotel.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. She is very helpful.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

minimalist vibe, notions of Japanese, soft music playing in the background like the onsens in Japan but its more funky. This place is a perfect blend of value, location, freindlyness and so clean. I watched Shan one of the staff clean the ownstairs area one morning when I was working on my laptop in the lobby, he was amazing, so diligent and detail orientated with the job in hand. Earlier that day I had messed up my booking as did not include my last night which was the 5th night, they were fully booked, but Fiqah was so sweet and tried to shuffle things around and managed to get me a bed for the night.. Esther also helped me a number of times throughout my stay with a cheerful ”can do” attitude. I am a recruiter and I dont know what Kinn is doing during through hiring process, but this team is 1st class, unbelievable level of care and attention for the customer. This is the second time i stayed in Kinn within 3mths, the time before I had a issue with my back due to an old injury, one morning I could not bend down to put my shoes on and I embarrasingly asked Fiqah to help me put my socks on and help me tie my shoes before I had to go to a meeting, can you imagine being asked that by a guest in Singapore, but you know what, she didnt hesitate, smiling and helping me as I sat there in awe of her incredible humble service orientated attitude. This is the kind of place to you don't want to tell everyone who awesome it is because you want to e able to get a booking next time im in town, you dont want to tell the world what a fantastic job this place is doing in case the next time I come its already fully booked!! Do not miss this awesome place to stay if you are coming to Singapore!

Memesan tempat ini dua kali kerana lokasinya sangat bagus. Daftar masuk cepat dan lancar hanya perlu mengisi borang dan fotokopi ic. Deposit $ 50 juga diperlukan. 總的來説很滿意 文化遺留的用心之作 從步入門的那一刻便感到驚喜 要説細節最見匠心 這家酒店的細節值得我看了又看 與一眾豪華酒店的標準化配套不同 這是一家有温度的“公寓” 是的 我更願意稱之為公寓 因為像家 . 建築外形巧妙利用斜面製造了“新舊交替”視覺效果 實際是完全獨立的新舊建築 交界處有種別有洞天的感覺 套內面積不大 追求豪奢的客人可能會感到失望 但使用下來 處處考慮得當而周到 不多不少剛剛好 如果入住的是老房子的部份 便能看到原始留下的老地磚 帶着使用痕跡卻又歷久彌新般存在 . 設施：4.5 插座略不夠，餘下很好 服務：5 對歷史感興趣的人可以詢問前台，接待人員介紹很熱情 交通：5 十分便利，克拉碼頭幾步之遙 . ps：樓下酒吧會有點吵，在意的可以提前溝通房間朝向，我當時玩的挺累了沒受影響。

Tempat ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, dengan banyak pilihan makanan tersedia dengan hanya berjalan kaki singkat. Berjalan ke stesen MRT terdekat juga pantas.
