Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

Perkhidmatan di ParkRoyal Collection Pickering sangat baik, kakitangan yang saya temui sangat ramah, membantu dan ramah. Saya menelefon untuk memeriksa adakah cek awal tersedia, mereka memberitahu saya bahawa saya boleh mendaftar masuk bila-bila masa selepas pukul 11 pagi hari itu. Mereka juga berjaya memenuhi semua permintaan yang saya minta pada tempahan saya. Mereka juga menghantar sepiring pastri kepada kami kerana itu adalah hari ulang tahun saya dan membolehkan kami mendaftar keluar pada jam 2 petang. Carepack juga dikemas dengan baik. Kakitangan di limau juga mempunyai perkhidmatan yang hebat. Bilik, gim dan kolam renang semuanya bersih dan dalam keadaan baik.

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness never failed us. The room is big enough. This time we stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They gave us a complimentary a bottle of red wine and free upgraded room with a nice view. Kudos to the management for this arrangement. Location wise is very convenient, right next to Clarke Quay station, there are buses to go Bugis, Marina area, Orchard Road. Walking distance to Chinatown. Buffet breakfast is superb as always.

Duration of stay : 2D1N Price : Around 290 SGD (w/o breakfast) via this app *** was upgraded by hotel since I payed for So Urban Room but they were informed I booked the So Cozy Room Location : near Lau Pa Sat (if you prefer to dine-out); need to note that pick-up or drop-off area is at Boon Tat * Pre-arrival : no email is sent by hotel (compared to Sofitel City) * Registration : friendly staff; my room registration took some time because of a miscomm in my room type. I paid for So Urban (with bathtub) but my stay was confirmed for So Cosy only (no bathtub). At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Have to call the reception area. There is no sort of “control” upon entering the pool and gym area as it doesn’t need a separate key card (like their sister hotel, Sofitel City Centre) Although there are free movies as part of entertainment, a point for improvement I can think of is to allow screen mirroring or enabling TV internet so guests can use their own chromecasts if they want. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Kami diberkati untuk dinaik taraf ke Finlayson Suite yang sangat luas dan mempunyai pemandangan yang indah. Ruang tamu selesa untuk keluarga menonton TV bersama-sama memandangkan ruangnya yang luas dan tempat duduk yang luas dengan sofa melengkung. Berguna untuk mempunyai peralatan makan dan pinggan asas untuk makan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan terutamanya Dyan dan Ramesh sangat membantu dan ramah. Banyak tempat makan di sekitar termasuk Lau Pa Sat yang berjarak kurang dari 5 minit berjalan kaki. Raffles MRT secara harfiah satu minit dari pintu masuk hotel. Hanya kemunduran jika tidak ada tempat letak kenderaan yang tersedia jika anda perlu memandu.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Review on Wink at Upper Cross street hostel: I was a long staying guest at the Wink at Upper Cross street hostel for three weeks now. Location:The hostel is in a excellent location with access to public transportation routes on bus and subway and many tourist spots. Plus close to a shopping mall with supermarket and good places to eat both eastern and western food of varied price ranges. Rooms:The rooms are very clean, quite spacious and not too crowded/crammed. The beds are super comfortable. Working space:There is a good working table space area in the hostel and its quiet to do work on your computer. Beverages and meals:Hot beverages are available throughout the day at this hostel. Breakfast is complimentary cereal and toast. Good if you are in a rush and alight breakfast eater. I recommend the hostel for its location, general cleanliness and relatively spacious rooms. Areas of improvement: Laundry:There are no laundry services at this hostel and I think they would greatly benefit from installing a laundry service or do-it-yourself laundry machine. Or partnering with a laundry service in the area.

If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

Memesan bilik Deluxe dengan sarapan di bawah promosi 1-1. Bilik Ditetapkan 205 (tingkat 2) dengan katil berkembar. Diberikan daftar masuk awal pada pukul 12 malam, daftar keluar lewat jam 1 tengah hari. Menerima sambutan hangat dari kakitangan dan seseorang secara peribadi membawa kami ke bilik. Barangan bar mini adalah percuma (tidak boleh diisi semula) dan merangkumi 2 pek kecil kerepek, 2 minuman ringan (Sprit dan Coke), 2 minuman Yeo dan 1 bir Carlsberg. Ruang bilik mandi agak ketat. Tidak ada TV Pintar, tetapi kakitangan mengatakan bahawa mereka menaik taraf sistem. Sarapan disajikan di Genius Central, hanya 1 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Semua item sarapan adalah vegetarian, dan sangat lazat (berasal dari bukan vegetarian). Banyak pilihan makanan di sekitar kawasan ini walaupun banyak kedai makanan kecil di Far East Square ditutup pada hujung minggu. Tetapi boleh pergi ke Pasar Hong Lim / Chinatown Point atau Telok Ayer St / Amoy St. Tidak ada kemudahan Gim atau Kolam Renang kerana ini adalah hotel butik. Secara keseluruhan penginapan yang selesa dan perubahan yang menarik dari hotel standard biasa (dengan semua kemudahan gim / kolam / spa). Ambil kesempatan untuk berjalan di sekitar Chinatown untuk melihat mural atau kunjungi Muzium Kotak Muzik Singapura yang berdekatan!

- Vị trí thuận tiện có thể đi bộ đến các điểm tham quan nổi tiếng ở khu China town, gần MRT, trạm bus, khu ăn uống, cửa hàng mua quà lưu niệm - Giường sạch sẽ, rộng, nằm thoải mái - Chủ hostel siêu vui tính, nhiệt tình Điểm trừ : - chỉ có 1 nhà vệ sinh trong phòng nữ. Mình hầu như phải dùng khu vệ sinh chung ở ngoài - Bữa sáng đơn giản với ngũ cốc, bánh mì và mứt. Ăn sáng ở hostel khác nằm xéo bên đường ( cùng chủ )

公寓位置優越，在藍線兩個地鐵站之間，吃飯方便，附近有南洋老咖啡，亞坤，松發肉骨茶，吐司工坊，coconut，基本網紅店可以一網打盡，而且廚房可以做飯，附近唐城坊有超市買菜，唯一不好的是前台的工作人員是外國人，英語很不標準，一點都不會中文，好多時候靠翻譯軟件來溝通，另外還有晚上8點後發生的突發狀況沒有及時解決，比如我們有一天晚上洗頭後吹頭髮，吹風筒突然着火🔥，因為前台下班了，我們衹能打電話和老闆溝通，然後吹風筒衹能第二天才拿來，當晚兩個孩子頂着濕漉漉的頭髮睡覺，第二天直接感冒了，這一點改進一下就好了。

Absolutely awful hostel The advertised enhanced cleaning, social distancing, AC did not exist The hostel also houses local and migrant workers, albeit in their own dorm, but they still share the shared washing and toileting facilities. The state is these was a disgrace including faeces on the toilet wall!! I had cumulative rubbish under my bottom bunk with no privacy curtain and a non lockable allocated locker The stock photos of this hostel are not accurate as there are no soft furnishings in the lounge area, only hard stools with a smoking area inside the communal dorms!!! The fridge was delapidated and rusty and the bedding which was inside the locker had to be made on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey The bedding was thin and of poor quality along no towel, which was at least the latter was advertised accurately My standards aren't high as I've stayed in 3rd world country dorms with this being the worst The 4-5* reviews are either bogus or judging from their nationalities their hostel experiences are of low expectations for the price paid I had booked a 5 night stay but left after 2 nights as it was so horrible...didn't care about not getting a 3 night unused refund I moved to the Chic Capsule Hostel. 5 min walk from this hell hole Yes, I did complain at the time but their response was a standard...sorry I have also raised a complaint with ********* who are taking the above seriously as this establishment is being used under false pretences and advertisement
