Ulasan Hotel 1900 @ Chinatown

I had a very pleasant stay for a few nights at Hotel 1900 Chinatown. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown, with all sorts of hawker stalls and restaurants just outside the door. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Chinatown MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, finding food, and exploring the city on foot. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are in great condition, and the WiFi is stable. The staff are friendly and efficient. As a base for exploring the city, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for tourists looking to discover Singapore's old town. It's also very, very close to the famous Maxwell Food Centre. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The room is small but expected. It’s still comfortable to sleep & rest at night after all day long outside. Location super good less than 5 minute to MRT. Room clean & new. The small space enough for solat 1 person. Medium luggage can’t open. Only small luggage will do

I wasn't very satisfied, it seems. I feel like my life is also a... The bed wasn't very big either. The area was a small space, roughly half the size of a bathroom.

Convenient near mrt station. Toilet is spacious and air con self control. Room neat and tidy.

The location is super convenient, right by the MRT station in the heart of Chinatown. You can walk to famous spots like Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Toast Box, and Boon Tong Kee. There's also a mall right next to the MRT station with a Fairprice supermarket and Mr. Coconut. However, the room is seriously tiny. Forget two suitcases; even opening one requires serious space management. While there are plenty of shelves for storage, if you need a lot of space, you should definitely reconsider. On the bright side, the room is clean, tidy, and new. There are also lots of mirrors, which is great for girls doing their makeup – a vanity mirror and a full-length mirror. Soundproofing isn't great; you can practically hear hair dryers from other rooms. There was also a slight drip from the ceiling, which the front desk said was an AC issue. Accommodation in Chinatown is generally expensive, so there's not much choice. However, for this price, you could get a much bigger room in Hong Kong, Japan, or Shanghai. So, I'd recommend looking around and considering your options.

The hotel was very close to the MRT station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Having many convenience stores and shops nearby was also a huge plus. The staff were very helpful; even though I couldn't speak English, they used a translator to assist me with various requests, which I really appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient with a subway station just a short walk away. The service was excellent, and we could even store our luggage before check-in, which was a huge plus. It was a fantastic experience overall, and being surrounded by various Chinatowns made getting around incredibly easy.

Good good good nearly MRT China town station. Easy to finding food. I like this hotel.

Amazing staff and service. I arrived early for the check in and they did not ask me to wait long. They allowed me to check in early without any charges. I will come back to this hotel if I come to Sg again.

The location is very convenient to travel around. The room is too narrow compared to the price, but it’s okay for a solo traveler like me. The staff is helpful and considerate.

Clean room, comfy bed, water pressure so good I questioned my life choices. Staff was 9/10. Would sleep here again.

This hotel got everything i needed for a short stay in Singapore. A private bathroom, a small private space of my own, bidet, shower with faucet so i could take wudhu easily, hairdryer, power socket that can be used without universal adapter (i’m from Indonesia), strategic location close to several bus stop and MRT stations, and a stand by receptionist where i can leave my luggage before and after check-in/check-out. And with IDR 1.6 mio/night too, I honestly felt so impressed. Will definitely consider coming back.

First time stay in this hotel and room is pretty nice but no windows, the washroom had some smell everytime when using it. Location is good
