Fantastic hotel, amazing location and fit out is so trendy! Hotel has two swimming pools, next to reception and on roof top great for kids.

8days stay in Pullman，first 3 is suite and later 5 days in mbs view room. hotel is very new and hard working staff in breakfast and executive lounge. BUT STILL NOT MATCH THE AVERAGE LEVEL OF Pullman, I'm a global traveler stayed with Pullman many times. 1. reception hang up my phone when i ask for late check-out and used unproper and undecent word in Chinese "I'll do no further concession "(我们不会让步). suggest to improve both mandarin and english speaking using proper serves language will make guest relax and chillout…not to mention Singapore is Chinese speaking country.2. the fake firealarms should have a written or face to face explanation in person at breakfast or reception.

Everything was good apart from one staff at the reception acting like we owe him money when we redeem the free drinks as Accor member. Other than that, the whole stay was pleasant.

A very nice hotel which is clean. The birthday guests enjoy the decorations put up by the staff. Thanks and appreciate. We have a great birthday celebration.

Clean and modern hotel at convenient location within walking distance to City Hall MRT station. I like the room feature where the curtains automatically draw open and the TV turns itself on when you enter the room. Shower area is spacious and rainshower is nice to use. Hotel pool is a good place to chill with sufficient shade from the sun.

Really love how new and modern everything was. The rooms were amazing and clean. The breakfast spread was wide and delicious!

There was a false fire alarm last night about 12 mid night. None of the management staff came to apologise. The hotel should at least offer a free lunch or dinner to compensate everyone.

Overall experience is good, room is clean & services provided by the staff is top notch. One thing that could improve is the quality & choices of the breakfast.

Lounge staff was very attentive & helpful, initiating conversations & suggesting drinks. Pool was very relaxing to soak in. Room ventilation could be better though, as even with aircon, it still felt a lil stuffy.

Room was very clean and i liked the idea of drinking water and normal usable water from the same tap. The interiors give off a really warm vibe and it was really comfortable. One thing to improve on will be the soundproofing when other people are closing doors either opposite or adjacent to the room.

the F&B department was superb. The staff in the restaurant，Tiffany，was so professional and definitely an important asset to the hotel. She was so friendly while we were queuing up for the breakfast. In general all other staff in the restaurant were polite and the food was good. Unfortunately we had poor experience during our check in. Not mentioning that the rooms were not ready when we checked in at about 3:30pm ( we were actually fine with it), the attitude of the staff were like ‘yes nothing we can do so what ‘. Never been to any hotels with poor service like that , their approach of treating customers lowers simply unbelievable. A female staff even rolled her eyes! so in conclusion their service can really ruin your experience in singapore!

Perfect location and room service would definitely coming back. But staffs at 1/F restaurant can be more welcoming.

The lobby is on 3rd floor, not convinient. The roof not available for kids to view fireworks.
