Ulasan D'Nova Hotel Kallang

The front desk chinese guy is rude and sarcastic when i request for bottom bunk bed. He suggest i can go to ibis budget next door confirm single bed. i suggest if he got a bad mood and lousy customer service just quit the job. The lousy bunk bed shakes like earthquake when you attempt climb up top bunk and the steps are soo small and painful. Notes :The other 2 lady at front desk is more polite and helpful , the room reasonably clean and theres a private toilet for the room. The hotel nearby has many eateries, indian muslim restaurants, fresh frog porridge , dim sum etc and groceries shops. Its 2 bus stop away from Aljunied mrt. Theres many buses you can take towards town area. Theres a common area whereby guests can sit down and eat and relax. Theres a hot water dispenser too which is good.

Place was clean and staff was friendly. Recommended for solo travllers

This first time to Singapore….if god help me will certainly not be my last…unexpected visit was not in the plan….What a mistake that would have been ….felt “Truly wonderful “ here the ‘Vibe’…..from what I have heard…would never thought Singapore would Leave me feeling..WOW!!! I instantly connected with a few locals,which left me wanting ‘more’…..of the reception,the people the way the place is for “Living”was Amazing!!! ( enough said…..Just Go….& let it all come to you😲😉 🇸🇬🇯🇲

Can’t cancel the room due to the change ( 30 mins after booking)

Not far from a metro and easy yo get access, public area is good. but no elevator is very troublesome for international travel.

Extremely disappointed with the poor service attitude displayed by the hotel staff toward my guests. The xenophobic behavior shown was unacceptable and resulted in an unnecessary misunderstanding and commotion. Signage lacked multilingual clarity. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff escalated matters by using vulgar language, questioning my guests’ nationality, calling them “stupid,” and raising their voices. This unprofessional conduct was something I personally witnessed during check-in. The situation could have been handled far more appropriately. I never expected to encounter such a disappointing experience, especially in a first-world country like Singapore. This was truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Trip.com should remove them.

All thing are good except the water is not hot. Also downstair is quite noisy No drinking water

The hotel located conveniently near the city center with easy access for public transport, restaurants, shops and also mosque for the muslim. The receptionist is so helpful and the room is very clean. It's worth it to stay here someday:)

Pretty good one

Good location close to bus stop and restaurants. the male staff on night shift are nice and helpful. the bed comfortable but stay with different might not always smooth cuz it’s hostel. you have to be quiet and no food allow in a bedroom. Not so much space in a bedroom. bathroom are okay , there is a hair dryer and towel, good for backpacker. But I saw a big rats around trash in the hotel area.

Very good location, no amenities really on offer apart from the small outside kitchen area, hotel was well kept. Nothing extraordinary
