Ini adalah kali kedua kami menempah di Heritage Collection dan ini selalu memberi kami perkhidmatan, kemudahan, sambutan dan layanan yang baik oleh pengurus mereka yang berpengalaman, Encik John. Dia sangat sopan, menampung dan sopan. Mereka sentiasa menepati harapan kami untuk menyediakan keperluan dan kemudahan asas yang cekap dan asas. Kenyataan bahawa harganya tidak mahal dan berpatutan untuk mendapatkan bilik loteng, ini sangat bagus! Pasti akan kembali dan mengunjungi cawangan anda yang lain. Terima kasih banyak-banyak.

Mempunyai pengalaman hebat menginap di koleksi warisan. Pangsapuri hebat dan lokasinya juga sangat mudah. Berjalan kaki ke Bandar Suntec dan Bugis. Pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi :)

Hotelnya hebat. Cuma mereka tidak menyediakan sikat gigi dan ubat gigi. Oleh itu, jangan lupa untuk membawa maklum balas anda sendiri, atau untuk hotel. Mungkin anda boleh menyediakan satu set berus gigi dan pasta gigi. Selain itu, semuanya hebat dan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa.

I'm thrilled to say my stay here surpassed all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The check-in process was okay! The amenities were fantastic, from the efficient air conditioning to the smart TV and the water heater. The only minor downside was the absence of complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush and the soundproofing could be improved, but it hardly detracted from the overall experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect room for my short stay during a conference at Raffles Convention. Great location right next to Raffles Hotel. Really clean and comfortable loft bed. Good shower and space. Easy digital check in and digital key access. No staff on site but I didn’t need that. Walls seem thinner than a regular hotel as I could hear other guests but not too disruptive. I would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Shennan and Jarwin. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and valued, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth truly made a difference in my experience. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated.. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, I can recommend this hotel highly enough, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff like Shennan and Jarwin who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Room is neat and cosy. Can message them with anything you need via WhatsApp. Washing machine and dryer was a good help. Good customer service.

You are amazing lovely guys who offered SUPER kind help and instructions timely and efficiently! Always feel safe and at ease to have such a professional team assisting my family during the whole stay! Will recommend HC to my friends in the future 🥰

Good location easily accessible in Singapore. Some issues though which I’m not sure was worth the ease of the location. My room had a damp smell and was evidently the case given sheets on the bed were equally damp. Contacted the what’s app virtual reception team and was met with a really unhelpful response to pay for an upgrade (as they did not have a room of similar type for me). Having traveled around and stayed in a few hotels (of varying price range), I don’t feel like this was an adequate response for the issue given one would not expect to have this problem with a room in the first place. How about just allowing your guest to move to a spare room you had given the inconvenience already caused by the issue instead of trying to squeeze extra $ out of them? They also had laundry next to the room (so a bit noisy at times) and it’s unclear whether the dryer contributed to the dampness issue. Digital key was also not always reliable so best ask for a key card if you choose to stay here.

Overall is good, good location

An affordable, cozy stay! Amenities were well-cleaned and well prepared, I didn’t have to request for additional toiletries or utensils. Location was very convenient as well! The hosts, John, Chanada and Casta were welcoming and efficient in their service. Will definitely return for a longer stay in the future!

Location is great. Nearby to bus station. The place is clean and neat however television aren’t working. i contact the management but they did not reply my WhatsApp just read it. Deposit is 300 usd immediately upon checking in but only refunded back to me 2 weeks after check out. Maybe they can improve on this
