Ulasan Heritage Collection on Chinatown-A Digital Hotel

Mary adalah luar biasa. Dia sangat akomodatif dan sangat cepat menjawab sebarang soalan. Dia juga fleksibel dengan masa daftar masuk dan daftar keluar, yang sangat membantu. Tempat itu bagus dan mempunyai semua keperluan untuk penginapan beberapa malam.

Benar-benar menikmati penginapan di Heritage Collection kerana mereka mempunyai kemudahan dapur dan Mary sangat baik kerana dia menjawab banyak soalan kami sepanjang penginapan yang juga menambah mata kepada penginapan kami pada masa itu. Pasti akan mahu menempah tempat yang sama untuk perjalanan staycation saya yang seterusnya!

Adalah kali kedua saya menginap, dan merupakan pengalaman yang sama menyenangkan! Mary pengurus tetamu sangat membantu dan dapat menyelesaikan dengan cepat isu wifi yang timbul pada suatu pagi. Juga bersyukur kerana dapat membuat pelarasan dalam tarikh tempahan tanpa kos tambahan kerana beberapa keadaan yang timbul. Disyorkan untuk sesiapa sahaja yang mahukan percutian singkat sendiri tetapi masih boleh diakses dengan makanan/kemudahan/belanja yang enak

The hotel located on China town and very close to subway station around 2 mins walk. The room is clean and have necessary accommodations such as hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, utensils, universal adapter and etc. You also can do laundry for free. Their staffs Kalvin and Mary were so nice, polite and very helpful. If you have the chance to visit Singapore this is the great place to stay. 😉

This aparthotel is great. It’s very clean and modern. The location is great. I loved the room I booked into so much I booked for another night. The rooms come with kitchen utensils, an iron and board. Overall my stay at the Heritage on Chinatown was amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Collection on Chinatown - A Digital Hotel, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was welcoming and enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Maica, Kevin, and Mary, who were always readily available to assist me with any queries or requests I had during my stay. Although the room I stayed in was a bit small, it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Despite its size, the room was cleverly organized to provide ample space for comfort. The attention to detail was evident, as the room was stocked with amenities such as a microwave, crockery, and other essential equipment. These thoughtful additions made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. If I ever find myself in Singapore again, I will gladly choose to stay at Heritage Collection on Chinatown - A Digital Hotel. The exceptional hospitality, clean and well-stocked rooms, and the overall comfortable experience make it a top choice for any traveler. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Once again, a big shout-out to the amazing team at Heritage Collection on Chinatown - A Digital Hotel, especially Maica, Kevin, and Mary. Great location. Only 20 mins walk to Marina Bay. Really good amenities including a fridge in room and use of the communal washing machine for free with powder provided. Would definitely return!

I am one of the top contributors of Tripadvisor in Singapore before the Covid. I will continue the tradition of reviewing Heritage Collection @ Chinatown along South Bridge Road. Also, I will contribute to Trip.com as well. Firstly, location, location, location. Convenient walk to eateries, sights, buses, trains. Secondly, cleanliness, hygiene, and bright lights in the room. Attention to detail. Thirdly, above the basics, room is well equipped with a mini kitchen – fridge, cutlery, towel, etc. Fourthly, the most important, the super-responsiveness of the staff onsite despite the absence of reception or concierge. Whatsapp connects to staff who reply instantaneously, solving little problems I got myself into because of ignorance. For the price of the room, and comparison with similar type chain hotels, it is very well worth the stay. I will be back in 3 weeks, and will try their other outlets, all wonderfully sited near cultural enclave like Arab Quarter. Kudos to the staff on the ground, and those managing the Whatsapp.

If you have a lot of time and patience then yes consider staying here. If you would rather not worry about wasting time on your vacation then there is a laundry place basically across the street and you can find somewhere to stay that won't create so many opportunities for collecting extra fees from you. I was going to probably leave a 5, but the various conditions alarm me: There's a posting in the room that claims they will charge you $150 if you need assistance getting back into your room. This among other things means I can't fully recommend this place. In fact I actually had to assist others who were staying by charging their phone so they could enter their room one night. Support team was very proactive in contacting me, which I do appreciate, but… half of the reason I stayed here was to use the washer. The washer and dryer are very bad and you're better off acting like they don't exist. The run times are like 3 hrs for a small load of laundry, (which they shut the power off @ 10 PM), and you have to wait 3 mins for the doors to unlock to even retrieve your belongings to see what state they're in. I say that last part like that because I 'washed' my clothes and the machine made all the noise and started to fill with water. I walked away and when I came back, my clothes were mostly dry and the machine didn't appear to actually do anything since I had left about 30 minutes prior. Given that amount of time I know for a fact that the full cycle hadn't run. I then couldn't retrieve my items until I started a new cycle and then shut off the washer and then waited 3 minutes. Not what I was hoping for the night before I fly out of the country. good thing it's so humid in my room I had to empty my humidifier twice in around 16 hrs. I'm sure my clothes will be dry by the morning :| Outside of the 'sketchy' things like the special add on fees and deposit being more expensive than the stay it would be great. What follows is my review outside of that: Original review Overall I had everything I needed and it was clean. Good price for the great location. Could've had better lighting Doors are also seemingly forced to slam due to the way the locks are set up? Also spotted a little mold above the bathroom mirror and in the corner of the bathroom. Right next to the downtown and north east MRT lines and also various bus routes. (I think most other MRT subway lines intersect as well) would've been five stars...If it wasn't for the location I'd say just avoid this place altogether, but it seems hotels in Singapore are expensive. between the washer and then humidifier I feel like they owe me for a couple hours of work. The wifi started to not work for me as well the last day or so and it wasn't even raining. Not sure what that's about. Oh yeah and the no windows thing… I don’t remember a sprinkler system? Can someone check? If there’s a fire you’re probably in trouble.

The room is very clean. And the staff Kalvin is very kind and helpful!. I will rebook this hotel for sure next time I go to Singapore.

This was my 2nd stay with Heritage Collection. The 1st one was at 80 Boat Quay for a week. My stay at Heritage@Chinatown was only 3 nights, due to some unfinished business matters which delayed my departure. The Single Studio (No Window), Room 1-03, are very well equipped & most of all clean. Just opposite to the room that I was staying, there were 2 Units of Washers & Dryers. When it is in operation, U can hardly hear the noise.😊 I've managed to washed one load of clothes during my stay. (Was previously staying at a hotel for 4 nights before coming to Heritage). They do provide Clothes Detergent, which was very convenient to the resident.👍 I would like to highlight to the Management on 2 matters.. 1) A Hair Dryer was provided in the room but there were no Power Point near to the Mirror in the Toilet. The Power Point were located near to the Kitchen Cabinet & the Bed Side Lamp. 2) It would be very helpful to have a User Manual Guide for the Apple Tv App to assist resident who are not familiar with the Set up of the TV. I would like to inform whoever book Heritage@Chinatown, no Grab Cab or Taxis will stop in front of the ApartHotel where it is located. (As informed by the Grab Driver I've took. This particular lane is for Buses only according to the law) The Grab Cab/Taxi can stop opposite the road whereby there's a Taxi Shelter Stop, next to the Indian Temple on South Bridge Road. I would like to say a Special 'Thank You' To Alex, who went all the way to help me to booked the Grab Cab when my Grab App was not working. Plus so kindly to assist me by carrying one of my large luggage across the road to get to my Grab Cab which was stationed at Temple Street. Not forgetting..A Big Thank You to the other staffs too, Ken, Maica & the late night Customer Service Staff who tried her best to assist me on the operation of the TV.😅 (I did asked for her name but she did not mentioned it on whatsapp). To end it all, I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at the Heritage & will definetly recommend it to all my friends & relatives overseas when they wish to visit Singapore.
