Great stay, nice staff and wonderful facilities!! convenient location and overall worth the price

I think the filter water dispenser rocks, giving guests the option of 5 units of snacks/ drinks if their choice rocks, the room was clean and the size of the room although compact was good for a couple of days stay for two ppl. Hotel was strict abt check out. Strictly at 12nn when we request for 30min extension they said no.

Had a short stay here but it was great! Enjoyed swimming in the Pamukkale looking pools:)

This hotel was amazing. Firstly you are greeted by lovely staff. You check and have a welcome drink in a bronze pineapple. Then you pick 5 items for your room. You have a choice of savoury or sweet. The room is spacious. Much much better than some hotels in Singapore. The shower is massive with a hand held and an over head too. Great pressure and nice and hot. The toilet seat is heated and has different settings for washing and drying whilst sitting on the toilet. Now the bed- OMG talk about the most heavenly bed go sleep in with great pillows. Best I’ve ever stay in. We didn’t have the breakfast. Ate at one of the restaurants affiliated with them. It’s expensive. I won’t lie. The pool upstairs is adults only and it’s great. The view is stunning. The very large pool downstairs is noisy but amazing. There is a 7/11 close by that is open 24/7. All round it was fantastic

Positives - 5 complimentary snacks and beverages for you to bring to your room. Placed in a nice gold bowl. - The gold theme is very apparent in the room accessories - good service provided by the hotel. - 55 inch tv with Chromecast - numerous ports with usb charging (including bedside) - Toto electronic washlet - bedside Bluetooth speaker - Lovely black themed hotel room - breakfast was pretty good Negatives - Room a tad small (24 square metres) - Not a big fan of having the wash basin outside the toilet - no electronic curtains/blinds - no cupboard. Just a rack to hang clothes - bedside table is a little small

Hotel location is ok and easy to walk around. Check in process is not up to the service. They only serve welcome drinks to selective customers. I hope they could improve their services and not only be nice to foreigners.

Nice modern hotel. Reasonable room for Singapore hotel for price. Shared facilities with neighboring hotel Gym small, probably not enough equipment for both hotels. Nice pools + rooftop pool/bar

We enjoyed our stay at outpost sentosa. It’s our 2nd time there. Service is good. Room is clean and we got upgraded to sea view room. Appreciate lots!

Everything was incredible. The cleanliness, the amenities, the service. Check in was smooth and I love how you get to pick your snacks from a selection at the lobby. The room was clean and comfy and we were given complimentary upgrade to sea view. Equipped with Grohe showers, warm water comes out almost immediately so you don’t have to wait in the cold unlike most hotels, something small which actually makes a difference to your whole experience, for me at least. There is a hot water dispenser and filtered water tap in the room, sustainable and practical. The pool area is huge though I believe it’s shared with another hotel. There is also a rooftop bar which offers fantastic view of sentosa. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I did not indicate that when booking but the staff took note during check in and sent us a cake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we’re looking for a getaway on sentosa. Highly recommended!!

The hotel is very new and clean. The pool is a must try place with beautiful view. The hotel room is relatively small, also short walk distance to the stations and restaurants. In general we had pretty good experiences.

Been to OP hotel a few times before and the service had always been good. But this time round, the service wasn't exactly what we experienced before. Anyway, the service was good but quite far from what we experienced previously. Room was clean and decently sized with great view. Breakfast wise, I would not encourage anyone to top-up money for it. It wasn't a breakfast buffet. Variety was quite limited but taste was alright. Biggest letdown was rather the service by the restaurant crew. For a first timer there, no clear instructions given on how to place an order etc. The kitchen staff in his late 20s or 30s completely ignored us when we were calling him (not sure if he had hearing or sight problem though). Very disappointing. Overall, stay was alright but probably will not return again.

I had a more than pleasant stay with my wife. It was meant to be a staycation for my wife's birthday. While I didn't inform the hotel of the occasion, they might have taken note during registration and surprised her with a birthday cake delivered to the room in the evening!
