Excellent location in Chinatown, very close to two metro stations 5 minutes walk. Close to the mall, clean hotel, excellent and helpful staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent plus, chef meals at noon and in the evening, simply enjoyable and delicious Japanese food, thanks to the chef.

Had a variety of food and it was so good. Accessible to food markets. Room is clean and big with microwave oven. Staff are polite and very helpful.

Changing room door on the 15th floor kept opening because the sensor was too sensitive. It affected privacy. No water in the rooms, at late hours cannot get within the hotel.

This hotel is located at Chinatown station where just in 5 mins walk. The lobby is located at 2/F and the stuff was very kind and she let me to stay at 15/F which enjoying the city view of the CBD of Singapore🇸🇬 And the facilities are really nice, got the 24hrs gym and laundry, and the free access lounge in 2/F and sauna at 15/F. Reminds that the swimming pool closed at 10pm and I didn’t notice it. So I was a little bit disappointment that why can’t the swimming pool opens a bit later like till 12am…. Overall, it’s worth to go there again… thanks👍

Everything was great. It’s super close to everything and have many restaurants and bars around. Design is modern and there is attention to detail. All went smooth from check in to check out. I didn’t have time to use the amenities, but I did check them out and looked good. The sunset is very nice from the swimming pool.
