Normal price per quality ratio for Singapore. Very good location. Quite AC. Do not expect much from their breakfast.

2nd day stay, breakfast was still ok. Free coffee, filtered water and ice the whole day in the lobby. Lobby was always clean and cozy. Room is cozy as well. Good water pressure. Hot water for shower was consistent. I wasn't able to use the pool but looks like it was always open and clean. The front desk is very accommodating. No extra fees when leaving the luggage.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Near to boat quey bus station and china town and raffles place mrt. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We checked in early at 12 which was great. Also drink(water and coffee) is free for whole day. Honestly, this is not a 4-star hotel I share photos and you decide. I'VE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS AND IT'S JUST a 3 STAR CLEAN AND NICE MOTEL. The whole breakfast area includes 4 ,5 tables I think. The room is small especially the bathroom. In the morning there were so many guests for a very limited so called buffet breakfast and there wasn't table or chair so they had to drink coffee while standing. We paid around 750 sgd which is so expensive.

Great location, van be noisy at night with the road traffic and don’t expect anything special with the breakfast

Good location near several MRT stations and restaurants. Staffs are friendly! The environment good & clean. Family & kids friendly. Though hotel restaurant is a bit small but I enjoyed most at there!❤️

Very convenient location as a whole but considering the CBD proximity a bit wayward.

We were only here for the night due to a booking mistake but for the night it ticked all the boxes.The staff were outstanding going above and beyond to please x the room was ok, very quiet and dark for a good nights sleep.

The hotel room is clean and the location is walking distance to Clark quay mrt. Overall stay was good. 👍 fyi they asked for 100sgd deposit.

The location was really nice, close to river side area and has a lot of restaurants nearby. 7-Eleven is just a minute away. The room is spacious, enough to stay 5 consecutive nights. Clean. I recommend you to bring or buy shampoo and conditioner if you are serious about it. No face wash or razor, washing machine.

Love our stay! Clean, safe and worth your money. Definitely will be back if come bck to Sg.

Apparently renovated in 2022 according to Trip. No sign of that where I was staying. More like a '3-star motel' as coined by other reviewers. Ended up in the part that obvs hadn't been renovated. Stained walls and carpets, strong smell in the corridor, run down, old and heavily scratched furniture, bathroom tiles in need of scrubbing etc. No pen or paper in the room (I looked in every drawer, could only find the holy bible). No restaurant either. Breakfast was in the entrance lobby that doesn't have proper seating and tables. Have a 7-night stay in a different Bencoolen coming up which I'll cancel.

Nice room. A little dated but otherwise decent stay for the weekend

Located within 7 mins walk from Clarke Quay MRT and Central mall. Walking distance of around 15 mins to City Hall and Chinatown. Room is big compared to other similar standard hotels in Singapore. Decor is cute and fresh but don't expect much in terms of view. Room has hairdryer, iron and ironing board and kettle so amenities are well stocked. Surprisingly they offered breakfast but expect to squeeze in with other guests as the pantry can only accommodate around 18 people. Breakfast is basic with only 5 items on the menu. There is no egg stand but selection is safe and sufficient. Coffee machine whips up nice latte and milo.
