Ulasan Chelsea Hotel Toronto

I recently stayed at The Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, expecting a four-star experience. However, the room fell short of expectations – outdated, lacking amenities like bottled water, slippers, or dental kits. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable stains and drawings on the walls, and stained furniture. On Friday night, a midnight fire alarm disrupted our sleep, and while it was a non-emergency, the lengthy updates were unnecessary. Adding to the discomfort, there was no hot water in the morning. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

Location is perfect and easy to access. The room is big and clean, though the style is a bit old, it provides everything you need as a traveler

Great location in downtown Toronto. The staff are helpful, the place is clean and tidy.

Chelsea hotel is very close to the University of Toronto, bus station, banks, supermarket. The location is vary good and the price is not too expensive.Though, there's no refrigerator in the room and you can have the ice cubes at the corner of the same floor. And the fertilities of the room are quite dilapidated, like the carpet with dirt ,the water volume of the faucet is not easy to control.....

Service was excellent. Facilities was excellent Food was fresh and enjoyable. Noisy streets at night. No notepads at the phone in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location to go visit at the hospital and only 10 Minute Walk.

Hotel is conveniently located but a bit old. The lobby is always busy and crowded but the staff are efficient and friendly. We only stay for one night and is easy to find restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel with a great location, highly recommended when visiting Toronto.

Manger was awesome when our key wouldnt work for the room.

Very good hotel in general. The bathroom needs a bit of an update, but it was fine and clean. Front desk and cleaning service was very good. Recommended.

The Chelsea had everything we needed and more. Shout out to Johnathan at the front desk and Will at concierge for all of their help. This was our 2nd stay and this time we were placed in the blue section. This section is quite a bit nicer than the red section we stayed previously. The room has nicer furniture, bigger TV and a balcony overlooking Yonge St. We really enjoyed our stay.
