I entered the locker's passcode to lock it, and when I came back from the shower and tried to open it, it wouldn't open. To make matters worse, my wallet, passport, and smartphone were all in the locker. In the end, I had to wait until the staff came around 1130am. They finally unlocked it for me. And I finally felt liberated. But I had one plan in the morning but it was all for nothing. The plan was to watch Wrestlemania live at one of the burger restaurants near Great World, i purchased a ticket then wasted SGD $20 If staff reached and helped during the night, it was better and I feel safe But I'm afraid of using the locker and I may not stay in the future. And customer service number *************** is not available even opening 900-2400 They only reach and check phone after 1130am Very very poor support

Good location right in the center, but messy inside the room. People left clothes on my bed, use random lockers, talk by phone with the speaker after midnight. There is no reception, no luggage storage, and not clear how to communicate with the personal regarding the issues.

I think should be separate room between man and woman. Room very good but should be have the door and password for capsule

The capsule hotel is good, nothing more and nothing less. But the privacy in the capsule is good and the bed is very comfortable. The price is really good for Singaporean standard and the location is really superb, just in the middle of the city Center, close to Raffles MRT station. But the hygiene is bed. Especially the showers and the toilets. There is no space in the bathroom to put your stuff. There are hooks inside the shower, so your towel and your clothes get wet, it's a really bad construction. The provided towel is very low in quality, when you use it, you'll have alot fluffs. There are no slippers provided. Although the access is really easy and quick. Check out is before 11 am

It's terrible! Not only is there no person at the reception! Keep in mind! All guests check in on their own. I arrived in the evening at 6-7 pm. They have information that guests are accommodated at night on their own, but this is not true! I left at 10 in the morning and didn't see anyone near the reception desk either. I needed help. But there was no one to ask. If you have a suitcase , be ready to carry it up the stairs. The big minus in the capsule was that the bedding was dirty. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. It feels like it hasn't been changed from the last guest. The only plus is the location.

I should recommend you try to stay here. The location is convenient to go around. Nearby MRT, shopping mall, local food.

THE BEST REVIEW YOU WILL READ ABOUT THIS HOTEL! I wasn’t sure to book after reading bad reviews about the dirt so I came myself to check it and then I booked it online. Yes, It’s not really clean, but I think the staff do their best to clean when people check in, if it gets dirty, it’s because guest are dirty! Leaving their dirty clothes everywhere, smoking in the toilet etc. Bed, towel and blanket looked clean and didn’t smell other people. But there were a few small hair behind the pillow.. This place is cheap for SG, how? They don’t have someone working on the desk.. self checkin and asking to other guest. I came at 19:00 and no one was working there, I left around 12:00 and I guess the person who came to the reception was the worker. Its nice Wi-fi it’s good even in the bed (Room 2) and also there is hot and cold water to refill your bottle! There are security box were you can store your bags. BAD: The cabins are not the original, the doors are not from plastic like in other cabins, so you can still hear noise if there is and you don’t have your own AC but the ones in the room. The door is a grey curtain and can’t make the cabin dark because the light from the room and exit signals pass through. The only way yo charge the phone is with USB so if you have a Type-C like me, you will have to charge your phone outside at the reception. If I would have to stay in SG again I would still choose this place.
