Ulasan Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay

The hotel is fantastic with lovely location and very kind people at the front desk, concierge and room service. The service at the restaurant where breakfast is served was also very good, except for the 2 persons at the entrance. There was a particular gentleman working the desk who made it seem as though guests were coming in for free, and it was up to him to ensure that no one eats for free. The attitude was all wrong and completely spoilt the atmosphere for many guests, not only for my family and me. People are paying a handsome amount to stay at this nice hotel, where although paint jobs were ongoing on our floor, leading to a very strong stench of paint eminating through our floor all day. However, this high handed behavior by a few of the staff, takes the joy away. Trust this will be looked into.

Love the room, bedding, blanket, even toilet.. clean enough for us.. my daughter was comfortable on her bed. The pool size was average n crowded at certain time but all our kids definitely enjoyed it. Thank you hotel for helping us keep both our large cakes n also the complementary cake given to us in room. Service from hotel was great. Breakfast had a large varieties too.. we were all spoilt for choices. Check in early by an hour n check out was smooth. Great view too. It’s our 2nd stay n we never regret it.

We stayed here several times for our staycations. This time we staycation here for celebrating National Day, they give us complimentary chocolate and macaroons. We love the smell of the hotel, the cleanliness, the breakfast is amazing with many varieties. The bed is very comfortable, we can request any pillow that we need from the pillow menu. Will definitely come back again for our next staycation.

First time staying here and it will definitely not be our last! Service was excellent - from check-in to the executive lounge and check-out. Room was decently sized, clean and well equipped. The executive lounge offers hi tea session from noon to 4pm, and evening cocktail from 5pm to 8pm. It was definitely worth the top up. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return again.

Had a 3D2N staycation with kid. The hotel took note of my requests and informed during check in (went early at 2pm) that room with bathtub is not available at that moment and asked to come back after 3pm. We went to donki for some shopping and snacks.. Back at 3.30pm and room was ready! Nice swimming pool, but saw some young kids in the pool with their sandals. Breakfast is good. Room that i was assigned was able to see fireworks! My girl love this hotel so much that she left a note for housekeeper thanking them for cleaning the room. We will definitely be back again next time.

Conciege Service is very friendly & helpful. The premier king room got a nice view & looking forward for next visit!

Location is just beside Clarke Quay - a large entertainment area with lots of cafes, restaurants and clubs. Hotel room is a little old and outdated but the gym facilities are great and 24 hrs

Stayed 1N at Premier Double Room on the 3rd floor to celebrate my wife's birthday and also our 10th wedding anniversary in advance as we had held our wedding banquet dinner in Aug 2014. Check-in process was smooth and the spacious room (two double beds) was well furnished including quality toiletries. Pool was great fun for the kids with two slides. The only downside was really there was no birthday cake, card or even a note which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this stature.

Very comfortable and easy to find the location. Space is very large.

Very ideal location in the heart of Singapore as it’s walking distances to various amenities and restaurants for a good night out! 2 mins walk to Singapore River too!

Stayed in the Paradox Singapore Merchant Hotel for 4 nights. Location was perfect just a few steps away from the famous Clarke Quay with all the food and entertainment . Fews steps to the MRT Station. It really is a very good hotel. All the Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Love this hotel. When I come back to Singapore - definitely the hotel to consider.

Stayed for 1 night in Paradox by merchant court. I really like the location as it is conveniently located near The central shopping mall. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I like their self check-in and out system. Very fast and user friendly. Will come back to stay again
