‘‘Twas good the pool and the gym is good, everything is ok only the aircon is like a bit not so cold .

Initially gave a me a 2 single bed room when i requested for a queen size bed. I went to ask service counter if i could get a change of bedrooms and service staff was really nice about it and help me to upgrade to a much bigger room due to availability. Really appreciate the good service from service staff and enjoyed the stay! 😁

The TV wasn't working at night. Nor was the remote control working properly. I still enjoyed my stay nevertheless!

Overall i accept the place and they do per our request. It’s the best location in town as it’s surrounded with famous mall and good foods.

Room bottle water changed to self boiled water are not convenience for guest, the notice of informing guest are at toilet, the tap water are good to use, and not appear on the kettle, some more the kettle looks dirty, and I have to spend money on water, suggest to have a water filter machine at selected floor instead of asking guest to boiling water, it take time to let it cool.

Nice hotel location and good amenities. Bathroom was abit old but glad to have a tub for the kids to play in. The shower drainage was clogged and the staff repaired upon triggered. Will stay again. Staff is nice to offer us a room with sofa bed for my family Went for Deepavali weekend staycay

Great location. It's a pretty big room by Singapore standards. I was pleased with the presence of a balcony. Great pool. The room has everything you need. A wish to diversify breakfast with vegetables and fruits. Maybe I'll come back here again.

We are thankful for the experience in our upgraded room. The initial room given was at level 5 and door wasn't locked when we got there. Then it had an unpleasant smell when we entered but we thought we can make do with it since only 1 night but later we saw a man hanging just outside our windows. We thought someone has escaped via the windows knowing that we were entering the room but it turned out that there was maintenance work just outside our windows. We tried to ignore these but seriously we cant bear the sight of the hanging man so I called and asked if we could change to another room. Within 5 mins, the reception got back to me and sent me the new room key. To our big big surprise, it was a very pretty, way cleaner and bigger room. Kudos to the team for their kind assistance, they didn't question me much when I told them of the hanging man but went the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable and sure memorable. Would recommend all to give it a try. Worth the experience. Location is sure gd and Hard Rock cafe is just next to it.

A nice hotel with good swimming pool, around 500m from nearest MRT station.

Exceptional service from the staffs. Hotel is very great and convenient to the bus stop. I will surely book and come back again when I return to Singapore

Location and inside of room is okay . But outside of room , the corridor area was terrible. Smells of very humid , wet , damp carpet. The worst part was that we saw mushroom growing out between the carpet and the wall on the floor . (Level 8). Shower curtain smells too due to water humidity The hotel is aged. Apart from that everything else is okay. Amenities such as toothbrush and etc were provided .
