The TV wasn't working at night. Nor was the remote control working properly. I still enjoyed my stay nevertheless!

Overall i accept the place and they do per our request. It’s the best location in town as it’s surrounded with famous mall and good foods.

Room bottle water changed to self boiled water are not convenience for guest, the notice of informing guest are at toilet, the tap water are good to use, and not appear on the kettle, some more the kettle looks dirty, and I have to spend money on water, suggest to have a water filter machine at selected floor instead of asking guest to boiling water, it take time to let it cool.

Nice hotel location and good amenities. Bathroom was abit old but glad to have a tub for the kids to play in. The shower drainage was clogged and the staff repaired upon triggered. Will stay again. Staff is nice to offer us a room with sofa bed for my family Went for Deepavali weekend staycay

We are thankful for the experience in our upgraded room. The initial room given was at level 5 and door wasn't locked when we got there. Then it had an unpleasant smell when we entered but we thought we can make do with it since only 1 night but later we saw a man hanging just outside our windows. We thought someone has escaped via the windows knowing that we were entering the room but it turned out that there was maintenance work just outside our windows. We tried to ignore these but seriously we cant bear the sight of the hanging man so I called and asked if we could change to another room. Within 5 mins, the reception got back to me and sent me the new room key. To our big big surprise, it was a very pretty, way cleaner and bigger room. Kudos to the team for their kind assistance, they didn't question me much when I told them of the hanging man but went the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable and sure memorable. Would recommend all to give it a try. Worth the experience. Location is sure gd and Hard Rock cafe is just next to it.

A nice hotel with good swimming pool, around 500m from nearest MRT station.

Exceptional service from the staffs. Hotel is very great and convenient to the bus stop. I will surely book and come back again when I return to Singapore

Service: should be zero star; we received notice from the hotel by email that there will be out of electricity on the first night from 11pm-5am, I tried to call the hotel to ask if there’s window in the room, we have tried different days and time but nobody answered. After we arrived, we had room service need and tried to call 0 for operator, also nobody answered, basically their phone line is not and will not be picked by anyone, it will be catastrophic if there’s an emergency situation and you need help. The WiFi worked for the first day only, we are not able to connect at all starting the second day. Also cannot reach anyone for help. Overall, there has been no service at all and no staff is reachable, the Kleenex box is also empty and need to drink tap water which they called “sustainable hospitality” on a sign near the tap. Our room faces directly opposite to the construction site which is very loud and wakes us up early every morning. Location wise is fair, there is a shopping mall within 8 minutes walk, although it is a bit far from the sightseeing spots like Merlion / Garden by the Bay, but that is ok with Grab. For the same price I would choose another hotel next time, unable to reach operator (not once, you need to expect nobody would pickup at all during your entire stay) is a big no-no to us as we are worried about medical emergency need.

Second time trying orchard rendezvous hotel after two years. This is my first time trying their club lounge. Took awhile for the check in as only two counters were available and there were many people trying to check in. After checking in, me and my partner wanted to explore the lounge however the staff who attended us forgotten to grant us the access to the lounge and we have to go down to request for the access with the long queue. Thank god we managed to approach one for their staff and he managed to settle for us without queuing.Room was big but the tv was a little small and outdated. We were served with their welcome refreshment upon checking in the room. During afternoon session, They served cookies , nuts and some pastries with tea/coffee. Evening cocktails and canapés were good and filling. Jea and Julius ( if I get the name correctly) were very attentive they will go around to top up your drinks once u have finished and they provide good services 👍🏻 overall a pleasant experience

Awesome, booked a club room and enjoyed all day lounge access. With unlimited cocktails 6-8pm. Will book again next week.

Great location and big room at an affordable price. Extending my stay was a good decision.
