Ulasan Novotel Singapore on Kitchener

Terima kasih, Cik Al-Najela atas penyusunan istimewa yang menjadikan bulan madu kami tidak dapat dilupakan. Biliknya bersih, sarapan pagi secara amnya sedap dan tidak jauh dari pusat membeli-belah City Square. Alangkah baiknya jika kita dapat menayangkan cermin ke tv untuk menonton rancangan kita. Secara keseluruhannya, akan mengesyorkan!

My recent stay at Novotel left much to be desired. The check-in process was incredibly sluggish, taking a whopping 40 minutes to complete. This extensive delay was primarily due to numerous problematic guests ahead of me in line. One individual was embroiled in a heated dispute with the staff over penalties imposed for smoking violations, while another adamantly refused to pay their room fee, demanding that the front desk activate their room card regardless. Furthermore, the pervasive aroma of Indian cuisine permeated the entire hotel premises, making it difficult to escape the overwhelming scent of curry. To exacerbate matters, I was dismayed to witness a group of individuals sitting on the floor in the corridor, further detracting from the ambiance and cleanliness of the establishment. Beyond the olfactory assault, the safety of guests at this hotel is a significant concern. The sight of individuals congregating in corridors poses a potential hazard, raising doubts about the effectiveness of security measures in place. In conclusion, my experience at Novotel fell far short of expectations. From the prolonged check-in process to the unsettling safety issues and pervasive odors, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to fellow travelers. It is my hope that management addresses these pressing issues promptly to improve the overall guest experience.

Close to Farrer Park MRT and a shopping mall opposite, but front desk service is slow and inattentive to customers.

Took a bit of time for the check in as there were quite many people. Service wise was good and the room itself was very big and clean. Hotel was recently renovated. Quite cute that they provided the Bucket container in the room and your ice is at the lobby area (in case u need to chill your drinks) the location is very good, walkable to farrer park and there is a shopping mall opposite the hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. friendly and helpful receptionist i forgot her name,an indian woman she’s very nice, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional except for they do charged $10 for two sets of tableware (plate,spoon,forks and bowl)glass not included😂😂..but other than that everything was great..It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel! It was clean,quiet and the pool wasn't busy. We stayed for 3 nights and would come back any time .

The whole hotel Full of Indian curry Smell. Bed are dirty. We were being bitten by bed bug. Write email but until today still no response. One of the worst Dirty Hotel had ever Stay.. will file a complain to singapore Case association.

This hotel near little india , for indian this location very good this hotel breakfast every day same hotel hotel staff good attitude , in room only  sitting chair only one not enough ac dak little noisy … other service good

This hotel room is big,a little far from orchard road,but a mrt is in front the hotel,so is ok,overall this hotel I give 7,5/10

Location was amazing and breakfast buffet was good It’s convenient for elderly Indian families to get the most Indian food around the hotel.

This was really one of the best hotels we stayed at for a weekend family staycation given the price! Location is so good! It’s in between City Square mall & Mustafa Center. So many eateries around as well. Waiting area lounge is also so comfy with water and an ice cream machine which my children love! 🥰 The room was a superior king sized one which had an office chair and a sofa seat too along with a large table and smaller one. Toilet was also decent with shower area and toilet has a built in bidet. We were also kindly given a birthday cake as I noted that it was my son’s belated birthday! 🎂 We were on the 19th floor and there was an ice bucket in our room as there’s an ice dispenser outside. The view was good too from our room. 😍 Amenities such as pool and gym are all on the 6th floor. We didn’t get breakfast this round but we would love to be back to try it the next round! 😊

novotel is situated in a very convenient location! since this was newly refurbished, everything was really new and clean. their toothpaste was rather interesting tho, would recommend bringing your own if you’re not used to using sustainable toothpaste haha

Great spacious and clean. Massive king bed and nice pillows

Hotel staff were very friendly and prepared a birthday cake for me after knowing its my birthday 🎂
