the room was huge for my family. and there is a lot of friendly staff all over the hotel with mini-events for my children to participate in. the morning breakfast buffet was awsome too! really really great choice and unforgettable feast there is also this pool side game which my child manage to win a cup of brain freeze ice drink! awsome! although my stay was a short 2days one night. but my family and I had such a wonderful time there. will definaly book again for a long stay the next round.

Disappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

I booked the W Hotel for two special occasions: my son's wedding dinner and our wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us with lovely room decor and a box of chocolates as a gift, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a great variety of options at breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience in W Hotel

Kami mempunyai aiskrim Cornetto alu-aluan mini semasa ketibaan yang merupakan hidangan yang menyenangkan :) Bilik tidak besar, tetapi saiz yang sesuai untuk 2 daripada kami. Kakitangan mesra dan membantu. Lokasinya baik kerana mereka menyediakan bas ulang-alik mini percuma dari hotel (tempat letak kereta) ke stesen Beach kemudian ke Vivo City, yang mengambil masa kurang daripada 10 minit dan pengambilan terakhir dari Vivo City kembali ke hotel adalah pada jam 9.15 malam. Bas ulang-alik adalah pada selang 30 minit. Anda juga boleh menaiki monorel dari stesen Imbiah yang terletak kurang daripada 5 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, sangat mudah. Monorel tamat pada pukul 10 malam pada hari bekerja dan 12 pagi pada hujung minggu. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan adalah menyenangkan dan bagus. Stesen Beach hanyalah hentian monorel jauhnya jadi juga sangat mudah. Sangat disyorkan 👍😃 Mereka memberikan kejutan untuk hari lahir saya dengan belon dan hadiah kecil, terima kasih!! 🥰

Lovely and leisurely two-night stay at Siloso Beach Resort! We enjoyed lazing at the poolside and watching the coexistence of peafowls, squirrels, monitor lizards and other animals. Recommended for people who love nature and are not fussy about the old condition of the room furnishings. Staff are warm, friendly and willing to help. Do support this resort that embraces inclusivity!

Boleh dikatakan saya sangat berpuas hati! Bertentangan dengan MRT adalah hotel yang sudah lama tidak dibuka, jadi agak baru. Hotel ini hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Universal Studios dan Akuarium ***a bilik adalah apa yang saya suka Katilnya sangat besar, tab mandi sangat selesa, dan buah-buahan, minuman dan makanan ringan disediakan semasa check- dalam. Pada hari daftar masuk, kami pergi ke pulau itu agak awal Sebelum daftar masuk, kami pergi ke tempat simpanan bagasi dan kemudian ke Universal City Apabila kami selesai bermain, hari sudah petang, dan apabila kami tiba di hotel, bagasi kami telah pun diletakkan di dalam bilik untuk kami. Saya akan mempertimbangkan hotel ini lain kali saya tinggal di pulau itu.

For our fifth wedding anniversary, we wanted a truly special getaway. After some deliberation, we chose Hotel Ora, and it turned out to be the perfect decision! We were greeted by friendly staff who even surprised our child with chocolate. To our delight, we received a free upgrade to a SUITE room – a wonderful perk we weren't expecting! The spacious room was clean and beautifully decorated for our anniversary. There were chocolates and fruits on the table, a complimentary mini-bar – everything was just top-notch. The breakfast the next day was excellent too! Delicious and with a wide variety of food, though sadly, one stomach just isn't enough! Our Trip.com booking came with fantastic extras like two Universal Studio tickets, two water park tickets, a SGD100 CASH voucher (usable at any shop on Resort World Genting), all valid for a one week. These freebies alone made the hotel price well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ora. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Outpost hotel is fantastic. The pool is so huge & lovely. The hotel smells so nice. Amenities are great. I love the hotel robes! Shuttle bus can bring u to vivocity. Me & my son enjoyed our stay there. However, my requests were not met. It was for my son’s birthday but there were no happy birthday or treats from the hotel. I requested for a high floor room and got the room right next to the check in counter at 3rd floor. Quite disappointed with none of my requests being met.

Persekitaran di sini sangat damai dan selesa, dan ia juga sangat dekat dengan Universal Studios. 3. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel ini mesra dan selesa Pekerja sentiasa menyambut kami dengan senyuman dan membuatkan kami berasa sangat mesra. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan peralatan tempat tidurnya selesa dan bersih, membuatkan orang ramai berasa seperti di rumah. 5. Kami mempunyai percutian yang sempurna di sini, kemudahan hotel sangat lengkap, kolam renang dan gim yang hebat. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat profesional dan membuatkan kami berasa sangat selamat dan selesa.

This is the third time I've stayed at Capella Singapore and there are so many reasons why I will keep returning. First of all, it's a pet friendly hotel and they really go all out to ensure that your pet is well looked after. They provide a bed, bowl, treats and toys and treat your pet as if they are a paying customer! My cat Theo loves it because they talk to him, pat him cuddle him etc. Another reason is the service - it's absolutely superb, right from check-in to check-out. All the staff are wonderful and are friendly, efficient and lovely, greeting you by name and always there for you if you need anything. The rooms are superb, and this time I asked for the same premier sea view room and luckily I got it as it was familiar for Theo. The food at Fiamma is amazing - the quality and selection for the breakfast buffet and dinner are fabulous. Absolutely loved the Asian and Western selections for main courses for the breakfast, and the range of other hot, cold, fruit, yoghurts and bakery items were superb. For dinner I opted to get room service from Fiamma and the pizzas were divine! Also the afternoon tea at the Living Room is also great and delicious. It's a short walk through the property to the beach, but to be honest, just being in the pool (there are three - one for adults, one for kids and a lap pool) and swimming and relaxing was my option. I look forward to returning soon!
