Service: can be better. check in on a saturday but was told there was a high volume of occupantancy and had to check in later after 4pm (came around 230-3pm). Was quite disappointed on that, but asked if we could check out later and they gave us an hour later check out. oh and the reception was crowded with tourist when we arrive, felt quite choatic, might be just weekend things (?) and touristy area Despite that, they managed to store our baggage while we roam around orchard, and also help carry them up into our room. Room was well kept, interior is great and cool esp with the balcony. Enjoy the esspresso machine and water dispenser as well. They promote sustainbility in terms of having the choice to reuse towels and place them at a designated area so housekeeping wont replace them. although room seemed small but its quite spacious, enough for two people to enjoy comfortably. Only went to the pool area and it was cool too, very picturesque. Quite worth to stay once as a local but for tourists, would be a good place to stay with families :)

The hotel is very clean and posh. Even the floors themselves are spotless. One downside of the lift lobbies is that they can be quite warm, so when you come back from a walk, you want to hurry into your room for the cool air conditioning. My compliments to the front office team; I was able to check in early at 1 PM and check out late at 2 PM. The receptionist also gave me a room on a high floor, something I forgot to mention during booking. The room was cool enough. The pillows were soft and comfortable. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows; the view from such a high floor was fantastic. The TV also had AirPlay and Chromecast, allowing us to easily cast videos and shows. The bathroom was very clean. The rain shower was satisfying. Next to the bathtub, there was a packet of bath salt, so I could soak in the tub while watching TV through the glass window. We also visited the swimming pool. Surprisingly, the water wasn't too cold, even though we went at night. Overall, I had a great one-night stay and would love to come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights in a room overlooking Bugis/Haji Lane. Reception was very warm; room was spacious, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. Only complaint was that it was impossible to cast from phone to the smart TV (it required the TV to be connected to wifi, and the option to do so was disabled). Room service food came in large portions and were delicious, though could have been warmer. Gym and pool were very clean and had beautiful views. Overall an excellent stay!

The best cook! Friendly staff and definitely a recommendation. Excellent service. Special thank you to Ms. Lueda for serving delicious foods and always being approachable to me and the guests. I will surely miss her and her team. Overall, I will miss the place and the comfort it offers.
