Hotel ini bagus dan cantik. Keluarga saya berseronok di sana terutamanya anak kecil saya. Kakitangan ramah sepanjang penginapan, hanya sedikit lambat dalam menyampaikan beberapa kemudahan yang saya minta melalui concierge. Kolam renang mendapat pemandangan yang hebat. Pakej kredit makan adalah tawaran yang bagus, mempunyai kebanyakan makanan di dalam bilik. Makanan secara amnya sedap dan bahagiannya enak, cuma mendapati set sarapan itu mahal.

The first room that we were given smelt of damp quite badly- probably because of the bathroom as the wood had rotted on the door frame. We called the reception who was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite indeed. The room itself is quite dated which is why the hotel is getting renovated; this was mentioned by the hotel staff when we checked in- didn't bother us too much as the renovation started at 9am daily. Location is very very good. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the location. It is also next to Funan shopping mall so it is very handy for buying things-there is a decent food court and supermarket. A 15 minute or so walk to Marina Sand Bay too! Look forward to seeing it when it is fully renovated!

Perkhidmatan di ParkRoyal Collection Pickering sangat baik, kakitangan yang saya temui sangat ramah, membantu dan ramah. Saya menelefon untuk memeriksa adakah cek awal tersedia, mereka memberitahu saya bahawa saya boleh mendaftar masuk bila-bila masa selepas pukul 11 pagi hari itu. Mereka juga berjaya memenuhi semua permintaan yang saya minta pada tempahan saya. Mereka juga menghantar sepiring pastri kepada kami kerana itu adalah hari ulang tahun saya dan membolehkan kami mendaftar keluar pada jam 2 petang. Carepack juga dikemas dengan baik. Bilik di Teluk Fullerton sangat indah, menawan dan mempunyai pemandangan Sungai Singapura yang sangat indah. Perkhidmatan itu bagaimanapun tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya. Pertama, semasa ketibaan untuk check-in kami cukup sesak dan oleh itu kami diarahkan oleh salah seorang kakitangan ke kawasan tempat duduk untuk menunggu giliran kami. Kakitangan memberitahu kami bahawa kami akan dilayan tidak lama setelah mereka membersihkan orang ramai. Namun, dengan rasa kecewa kami melihat tetamu yang tiba setelah kami dihadiri untuk check-in terlebih dahulu walaupun kami telah menunggu dengan sabar selama 15-20 minit yang lalu. Tidak bolehkah check-in dilakukan berdasarkan perkhidmatan pertama datang? Keesokan harinya semasa sarapan di La Brasserie, perkhidmatannya sungguh perlahan. Saya tidak pasti sama ada mereka kekurangan tenaga kerana kami harus mengulang pesanan kami 4 kali kepada kakitangan restoran sebelum menerima makanan kami. Tidak lama setelah menghidangkan sarapan kami, kakitangan kemudian meminta kami bahawa ini adalah pesanan terakhir. Rasanya seperti mereka bergegas untuk menyiapkan sarapan kami walaupun mereka mengambil masa begitu lama untuk menghidangkan makanan. Saya pada awalnya mempunyai harapan yang tinggi dan sangat gembira untuk penginapan ini tetapi pengalaman keseluruhan tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya terhadap tahap perkhidmatan Fullerton.

Penggera tidak mematikan. Setelah berfikir dua kali, saya benar-benar terbangun ... Terdapat peti sejuk dan papan seterika di dalam bilik. Sediakan sikat dan peralatan mandian. Lokasinya bagus dan pengangkutannya selesa. Terdapat stesen MRT Outram Park di tingkat bawah, sekitar 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Chinatown. petua: Restoran ditutup, gimnasium tersedia, tempahan diperlukan, dan ”lokasi” terhad.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Parkroyal at beach road ialah hotel vintaj yang telah menemani singapura dalam pembinaan negaranya sejak 1970-an. Lokasi sangat baik kerana 5 minit berjalan kaki dari. Stesen MRT Lebuhraya Nicole dan pasar jalan pantai yang terkenal. Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini ialah lobi vintajnya yang memberikan rasa retro dan bersahaja. Ia berbeza dengan hotel lain. Terdapat juga beberapa telebear gergasi di sofa lobi yang merupakan permata untuk menghiburkan kanak-kanak dan menambah suasana hangatnya. Biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Katilnya juga padat. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki mungkin bahagian luar tingkap kelihatan berdebu dan beberapa menu TV kabel berbeza daripada saluran sebenar. Contoh saluran 14 ditulis pada panduan sebagai filem musang. Tetapi saluran sebenar adalah HBO. Disebabkan sekatan covid, saya memesan sarapan dalam bilik. Nasi lemak ikan cray beras ungu adalah antara yang terbaik yang saya makan, pasti hidangan saya akan sangat mengesyorkan. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki ialah kopi suam yang mungkin lebih hangat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman itu bagus. Permata lain ialah restoran cina Si Chuan Dou Hua. Minuman kacang soya kaya dan sedikit atau tiada gula. Saya akan suka tinggal di sana untuk staycation lagi.

minimalist vibe, notions of Japanese, soft music playing in the background like the onsens in Japan but its more funky. This place is a perfect blend of value, location, freindlyness and so clean. I watched Shan one of the staff clean the ownstairs area one morning when I was working on my laptop in the lobby, he was amazing, so diligent and detail orientated with the job in hand. Earlier that day I had messed up my booking as did not include my last night which was the 5th night, they were fully booked, but Fiqah was so sweet and tried to shuffle things around and managed to get me a bed for the night.. Esther also helped me a number of times throughout my stay with a cheerful ”can do” attitude. I am a recruiter and I dont know what Kinn is doing during through hiring process, but this team is 1st class, unbelievable level of care and attention for the customer. This is the second time i stayed in Kinn within 3mths, the time before I had a issue with my back due to an old injury, one morning I could not bend down to put my shoes on and I embarrasingly asked Fiqah to help me put my socks on and help me tie my shoes before I had to go to a meeting, can you imagine being asked that by a guest in Singapore, but you know what, she didnt hesitate, smiling and helping me as I sat there in awe of her incredible humble service orientated attitude. This is the kind of place to you don't want to tell everyone who awesome it is because you want to e able to get a booking next time im in town, you dont want to tell the world what a fantastic job this place is doing in case the next time I come its already fully booked!! Do not miss this awesome place to stay if you are coming to Singapore!

I stayed for a day in this hostel. The check-in process is easy and they let us store our bags and come back. The highlight of my stay is the politeness of the staff with the people staying at their accommodation. Location is great. It is near the metro station, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The facility is well-maintained. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Singapore. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of my bed and the other facilities but it was decent. There’s a karaoke bar nearby but it doesn’t affect my sleep.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. She is very helpful.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

Located within 7 mins walk from Clarke Quay MRT and Central mall. Walking distance of around 15 mins to City Hall and Chinatown. Room is big compared to other similar standard hotels in Singapore. Decor is cute and fresh but don't expect much in terms of view. Room has hairdryer, iron and ironing board and kettle so amenities are well stocked. Surprisingly they offered breakfast but expect to squeeze in with other guests as the pantry can only accommodate around 18 people. Breakfast is basic with only 5 items on the menu. There is no egg stand but selection is safe and sufficient. Coffee machine whips up nice latte and milo.

We wanted inexpensive but in the waterfront area. This delivered. We went a little smaller than we thought but shower and bed good had washer and dryer and could walk all over. Had a little cooking area and a fridgeWe walked up to the malls and busy shopping down to China town over to the Gardens and the waterfront and Marina sands area. Would be a good stay for an individual or light traveling couple. We were headed out to Raja Ampat to had Scuba gear that crowded things a bit. will stay here again but opt of a bigger room without steps in the room and easier bed access. Digital entrance is handy for 1 am arrival but make sure you know hw it works and you go the right entrance as there are multiple Heritage Collection points and have it clear with your taxi. Also make sure you have phone charged. There are a to of restaurants and bars right out the front door is noisy but they warn you about that before you book.

It’s very very nice place , clean , quite. The staffs are kind and can speak English . The toilets are clean and they have body wash . No smell , no smoke . There are hair blow, refrigerator , dishes , microwave or else that you can use it . I suggest you all to stay in this hostel . It doesn’t like normal hostel . Because you will get new friends including near raffles place , Merlion ,marina and Victoria memorial hall. It is very very good place But no breakfast . They only have tea and coffee for you. I will stay this hostel again next time 🥰👏🏻

Checkin and checkout was very seamless. Irean, Ryan, Loc, Kim, and Divina were very responsive to all our queries before and during our stay and were super helpful. The room was sufficient for a couple. They also offer laundry services which is beneficial if youre travelling longer. The location is very optimal, with about 5 to 7 min walk to the bus stop and Clarke Quay stn. Overall would recommend.

THE BEST REVIEW YOU WILL READ ABOUT THIS HOTEL! I wasn’t sure to book after reading bad reviews about the dirt so I came myself to check it and then I booked it online. Yes, It’s not really clean, but I think the staff do their best to clean when people check in, if it gets dirty, it’s because guest are dirty! Leaving their dirty clothes everywhere, smoking in the toilet etc. Bed, towel and blanket looked clean and didn’t smell other people. But there were a few small hair behind the pillow.. This place is cheap for SG, how? They don’t have someone working on the desk.. self checkin and asking to other guest. I came at 19:00 and no one was working there, I left around 12:00 and I guess the person who came to the reception was the worker. Its nice Wi-fi it’s good even in the bed (Room 2) and also there is hot and cold water to refill your bottle! There are security box were you can store your bags. BAD: The cabins are not the original, the doors are not from plastic like in other cabins, so you can still hear noise if there is and you don’t have your own AC but the ones in the room. The door is a grey curtain and can’t make the cabin dark because the light from the room and exit signals pass through. The only way yo charge the phone is with USB so if you have a Type-C like me, you will have to charge your phone outside at the reception. If I would have to stay in SG again I would still choose this place.

En las fotos el alojamiento parece mucho mejor de lo que es. Nada más entrar huele mucho a humedad. En la habitación huele algo mejor. Las “habitaciones” son muy pequeñas, tuvimos que dormir incluso con parte de la maleta sobre la cama. La cama es muy incómoda, no da la impresión de limpia. Parece una cama plegable y se clavan todos los muelles del colchón…Las cortinas de la “habitación” estaban sucias… En uno de los pisos únicamente hay UN WC y DOS duchas para las muchas personas que hay en la habitación, por lo tanto, por la mañana coincides con mucha gente y te toca esperar. En nuestro caso, los huéspedes no fueron muy respetuosos y la gente hacía bastante ruido al entrar y salir de la habitación. La gente de la recepción es maja. El desayuno es normal. Tiene tostadas, café, te, cereales… Quizás la estancia del desayuno sea lo mejor del hostal junto con la ubicación. En general, bastante decepcionante. Tiene muy buenas valoraciones y en las fotos parecen estancias amplias y limpias, pero en la realidad no es tan así y parece que tienen algunas estancias algo descuidadas.
