Een nieuw appartement met mooi uitzicht over het meer en op afstand de cruiseschepen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles zien er keurig en goed verzorgd uit. Je moet wel 3 trappen op om op de verdieping te komen. We kregen hulp van het personeel met onze koffers.

Nice affordable clean and comfortable room. Great front desk service as well. The steps!!! It’s rough coming up with shopping or coming from a night out. The only problem is the steps. But I will be back and recommend as well

The staffing was excellent and very friendly. Greeted me each time I would arrive or leave. very clean. I would stay again upon my return to the island.

To start, the property manager Youssef and his colleague went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was given my room early; offered coffee each morning and given ideas on where to go and what to do. I chose this property due to its affordability when most accommodation in St Maarten at the time was well over four times the cost. While Philipsburg and the new rainforest zip line and cable car are close by, most of the major attractions and hotels are about a 20 minute drive. Having said that, I was easily able to get a taxi service when needed at a reasonable cost ($20USD max to Maho, for example) with a great local driver, Mr Ricardo. Local bus service was easy to catch as well. All in all very clean accommodation with helpful management at a reasonable cost. So long as you plan your travel time and transfers in advance you will get excellent value.

Yousef the front desk clerk was awesome with his hospitality.. he went far & beyond to make me feel comfortable by picking up case of bottle water for my duration of stay also offered me coffee ☕️ and a tour guide which none of these was the Air b&b obligation 👍👍 I highly recommend

Very helpful staff, place was really clean and tidy good base for exploring the island.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, they answered them. The place does not have any stairs and my family and I had multiple suitcases. The guy at the check-in brought all our suitcases upstairs. He also upgraded us to the biggest room as we were a family of 4. Will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit the island. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable and clean, this is the place to be.

Very safe and everything are close at that area. There aren't have elrvator.

Plenty of channels on the tv, the rooms are a good size and all is super clean.
