fantastic location and room！ but less choices of food！ I was starving after a 20hrs flights and no food provide at hotel

This was my second time at this hotel. Always a great stay never had issues.

the hotel is super clean and quiet. the location is great, very close to Heathrow Airport, with only about 7mins car ride from Terminal 2, which cost me 16 pounds taking the black cab. you can even see the runway through out the window if your room is in good position (mine is. the breakfast is great too, with many options and all taste good.

Service great from checking in to check out. Excellent Service, good variety on breakfast. Would use again.

It was a lovely day for my wife and I. Breakfast was nice with quite a few options. We got so carried away that we didn’t take any pictures and we slept in! It was the best getaway vacation since the birth our youngest! I recommend if you want a neat and quiet hotel next door to Heathrow.

Fantastic hotel just across the road from Heathrow Airport terminal 2 and 3, clean, tidy and modern

We checked in and come to find out the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage 4 floors up! Then our room had no hot water at all, which management just apologized for. Lastly the heater did not work!

Good place for a night connected to a flight. Comfortable hotel, good food. Definitely need a taxi or one of the Hoppabus services, no chance to walk.
