Advisable to book in advance. A good location in Siracusa, in a quiet residential area, close to the centre. Cute nearby options for breakfast... Valeria is an amazing host and does her best to make your stay comfortable at Kyanos Residence.

Wonderful staff, very clean and spacious rooms, great price and thoughtful services such as coffee makers and water. Very suitable for families. Well done! Very near to Basicila Santa Lucia too. We’ll be back.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, facilità di check-in, appartamento spazioso e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro di ortigia, camminando 10 minuti si possono raggiungere restoranti è locali del centro. Facilità di parcheggio proprio difronte gli appartamenti kyanos.

Todo el lugar es perfecto. Esta todo lo que necesitas y más .lavadora, plancha, lugar de secado.Amplio, luminoso,lindo, bien ubicado. La atención es excelente, gracias Roberta por toda tu colaboración. Volvería sin duda.lo recomiendo

Posizione strategica per visitare la città. Ortigia si trova a 10 minuti a piedi ed è possibile raggiungere il parco archeologico in 10 minuti di auto. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort con possibilità di utilizzare anche ferro da stiro (disponibile nell'area comune) Check in comodissimo e host gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per vivere al meglio la permanenza.

Personale cordiale e disponibile alle esigenze che ho richiesto. Parcheggio esterno a pochi metri dall'entrata in struttura. Posizione ottima, location perfetta per famiglie con figli in quanto vi è un cancello che non permette di far uscire in pubblica via. Consigliato

Arrivati al residence abbiamo avuto una brutta sensazione in quanto ubicato in una borgata un po' fatiscente, ma solo apparenza entrati dentro è propio bello e comodo Valeria è stata fantastica ci ha dato ottime indicazioni sui ristoranti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ritorneremo e lo consiglio

Al vostro arrivo, non fatevi ingannare dal quartiere apparentemente poco curato, una volta varcato il cancello di ingresso, troverete ad accogliervi un ambiente pulitissimo, fornito di ogni comfort, silenzioso e vicino alle bellezze turistiche di Siracusa e di Ortigia. Il personale molto disponibile e cortese vi fornirà ogni tipo di informazione e saprà accogliervi, anche solo telefonicamente, con ogni genere di premura.
