Fengeros Village

My 3rd visit and returning again in October. Lovely to see Stamos and Alex and my Cats. Amazing stay as always, nothing is too much trouble, lazy days spent around the pool taking in the view drinking cocktails. Thanks guys and see you again soon.

We stayed here last minute after being let down by our pre booked Mango studios . Stamos the owner was beyond helpful and accomodating as was Alexandra.The position is only 10 minutes walk into Skiathos town and less to the supermarket and beach. The apartments are very clean and have kitchenettes, tv, a/c, safe and sea view balcony. Pool area is stunning with fantastic views and a lovely breeze. The pool bar has tasty fresh food and is very reasonable for food and drinks. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fengeros village and am looking forward to my next stay .

Fabulous location with stunning views apartment spotlessly clean well equipped everything you needed included in the price even Aircon and deposit safe pool area and bar very good family run stamos and Alexandra were amazing nothing was too much trouble yes there is a hill up to the apartment followed at least 50 steps but take it steady it's no problem we are in our seventies and we managed it.worth while for the view and the welcome would highly recommend

Loved the balcony as it was large and had an amazing view of the sea and the mountain. It was the highlight of the room. The swimming pool and bar area was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and very close to the hotel. The walk to the local beach, which was lovely, only took 5 minutes and we felt it was a fairly easy walk. Sunbeds and umbrellas were available to rent at the beach at a reasonable price. Overall we would definitely return to Fengeros Village without hesitation. Great value for money.

This family run small complex go out of their way to accommodate and ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. The apartments are super clean and the beds are extremely comfortable and it’s so quiet at night. I find it difficult to sleep at home but I slept soundly every night, There are supermarkets and a beach within walking distance although the restaurant serves good value for money food. The pool isn’t too crowded and the views are stunning. This is a very calming place. I would definitely recommend and if I’m back in Skiathos, I will be staying here. The steps will keep you fit too so not suitable for all.

We've just had a wonderful stay at Fengeros Village. It's a bit of a steep walk up the hill, but you get used to it and the views from the hotel are totally worth it. Stamos and his staff (especially Alex!) are amazing, and I was surprised on my birthday with a bottle of Prosecco which was so lovely. As our flight home wasn't until late at night Stamos let all the remaining couples staying stay in their rooms until late which was so kind. The food at the bar was tasty, the drinks were good and the facilities (including the amazing WiFi) were brilliant. We had a basic studio but even that was better than some other hotels I've stayed at. Definitely recommended if you visit Skiathos and I would definitely come back again.

Friendly hotel with a pool, bar and gorgeous view. We three friends stayed in a 'maisonette' for five people and found it a tight squeeze. No shelves/storage space in the bathroom or place to hang towels. Good shower but uncomfortable beds (could feel the springs through the mattress). No shutters and only a thin curtain meant the room gets light very early -- not good for sensitive sleepers. Location: the hotel is up a big hill within walking distance to town/bus stop, but we felt the road unsafe at night since there's no sidewalk. The beach nearby has some lovely restaurants and bars about a 10 minute walk away. If you don't have a car, be aware that taxis charge a lot on Skiathos! One of the more affordable hotels with a pool and walking distance to town, but blackout curtains and new mattresses would make it even better.

My parents were staying at Fengeros village and were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival. The apartments are very clean and bright and are a perfect base while visiting the gorgeous island of Skiathos. They are located a 10 minute walk from Skiathos town and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The pool is very clean and is perfect for a dip to cool down, and the pool bar is convenient with great service. We were staying at another hotel at the other end of the island, and unfortunately were forced to leave our hotel during storm Daniel. The staff at Fengeros Village were extremely helpful in this situation and offered us a place to stay, at very short notice, while we waited for our flight the next day. In previous reviews there is mention of steep steps (this is highlighted in their booking description), but they aren't as steep as you would expect and are manageable. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a lovely family run place to stay that is perfectly placed to local supermarkets and popular island locations. Loved staying here stayed for 2 weeks with my family absolutely stunning views , very Greek authentic looking , family run business , very clean and friendly , looked after us during the unusual storm Daniel , short distance from Skiathos town and bus links very near to go travelling will definitely return here
