Zamek Topacz

Excellent revitalization. A typical hotel in the style of a renovated castle. Seemingly nothing surprising, but it benefits from the details: rooms clean, staff helpful. Food tasty, a little pretentious.Not far from the city center. The hotel has great facilities. Recommended!

Nice place for dronks. Food menu is short. I tried seabas with ghnocci. The fish was good Still looking for ther other components. Area is far from city. You can get there with taxi or car. Public transport complicate. I Will not come again....

Without a doubt one of the wonderful places we experienced in this amazing place. Starting with the lovely staff and also the place is beautiful and impeccably clean. In addition the breakfast is excellent and healthy and a wide variety for all tastes. I wish we were back again.

Please note this is not a substantive review (yet...I'll update as I just got here) but a warning because it ruined my day. After traveling 26 hours and after I was told when I booked I could check in at 12:00 -- they REFUSED to let me check in "early." (and were quite rude about it at the front desk). There is not a suitable waiting area (so much for completing my scheduled work today -- and service is super spotty when not on WiFi...). So that you are can be better prepared than I -- please know they will not let you anywhere near your until 3:00 pm... [side note -- the bartenders and waitstaff are at least nice].

Being the guest of the Hotel you are unable to order the meal in their completely empty restaurant. Even we had asked the waiter, he was only able to tell us, when the kitchen starts, not that we need any special reservation. He’s overall approach and level of “service” to the customers were below any standards. I cannot believe, that owners of this Hotel run prestigious Restaurant Marina in Wrocław and same time cannot train their people to the very minimal, acceptable standards here.

After a long day driving from Slovakia we were rewarded with an easy to find, sumptuous hotel. Having booked two adjacent suites in the main building (2nd floor) we were delighted with the level of comfort, and accessibility of the facilities available. Dinner was a delight, our waiter (Wojtek) was incredibly helpful, knew how to guide our wine selection according to dinner preferences and more than happy to converse in English (thankfully). We would love to stay there again, even if it means driving for 2 days just to get there!! I would like to visit the motor museum, but believe it to only be open at weekends. And our stay was quieter due to it being mid-week. Apparently it can be a bit busy at the weekend. Lovely hotel, stunning food, helpful staff and great surroundings.

We visited the Zamek Topacz already for the second time and the feeling is the same: an excellent quite, cozy and welcoming place. The facilities, the landscape and the services are at the highest level. I would fully recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, do some small visiting around Wroclaw and spend some nice time a a very cozy SPA area. Moreover, their way of welcoming the pets is among the best ones I ever experienced . :) Just GREAT!

Great hotel with pool and spa just hot room was out of order good specious rooms restaurant food is ok nice grounds and old cars museum great stay friendly staff excellent service great with kids . Thanks

Für einen solchen Preis kann man in einem ****-Hotel erwarten, - dass die Heizung in den Zimmern auch im Winter funktioniert, - dass die Waschbecken im Badezimmer nicht verstopft sind, - dass keine Ameisen über die Waschbecken im Badezimmer laufen, - dass es Im Zimmer einige Information über interne Telefonnummern, Hotel usw. geben sollte, leider nichts davon :-( Nach einer Reklamation wurden nur zwei Elektroheizungen im Zimmer platziert. Das Restaurant ist nicht darauf vorbereitet, dass Hotelgäste, die gegen 15:00 Uhr anreisen, einen Tisch für den Abend zu reservieren...alles war leider ausgebucht :-(
