The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.

Location was very good, esp close to the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral where is the main tour operator gathering points is. The room and the breakfast buffet was great

Top hotel. In my opinion best in Sofia. Fine dining near hotel, friendly place and top concierges. A shout out to Nikolai nedyalkov who found me a barber at 7.30 pm as I was really short on time and too busy. Thanks. My fav stay at Sofia

Extremely well located hotel, which is very quiet despite its central location. Breakfast buffet is very good, reception staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

房間位置非常好，外面就是廣場和教堂，幾乎所有的景點都可以步行到達，酒店服務很好，入住就送來了甜點，雖然太甜不愛吃。房間寬敞，設施齊全，早餐品種豐富，很不錯。

這是一家舊社會的奸詐團隊的不值得推薦的酒店。 入住過幾次，以前都是在IHG的官網預訂。就這次通過攜程預訂了大教堂景的Suite。12點到的酒店，由於太累，酒店説房間還在整理，前台的建議下衹能付多一天的房費安排一間臨時小房間來休息到3點，然後3點給房間的時候，發現沒有露台，多次溝通無果，當地的朋友是議員，他去前台過問，才知道我的房間給了索非亞市的一位議員，所以酒店他們就一直各種欺詐的説辭。最後協調到一個臨時加建的玻璃房，號稱是套房，地板都搖搖晃晃的衹能坐貨梯上去！攜程幫忙溝通了幾次，但這家酒店管理人員就是滿口謊言的騙子，索非亞洲際真應該感到羞恥！

出來就是大教堂等景點。旁邊不遠就有賣玫瑰精油的店Bulgarian Rose. 酒店設施和早餐也很不錯。
