Good hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door .

They upgraded my room to a provincial-level type, but this stay wasn't as good as the last. Housekeeping was very slow, and breakfast wasn't a buffet anymore.

The clearner only change the tower per request. no other cleaning stuff.

Pleasant for an unpretentious stay in the capital of Bulgaria. Big size rooms.

The hotel provided bottled water on the first day, but I don't know why they stopped providing it after I bought it. They had disposable slippers, and the tobacco selection was limited. However, the restaurant staff were quite pretty.

The room is a bit old and the hygiene is average. The family room is spacious and the overall environment is OK

The room is large and comfortable. There is a balcony suitable for drying clothes. The breakfast is quite rich. There is a living room, which is convenient for business meetings. There is a small kitchen, but you have to prepare the seasonings yourself. The kitchenware is not sufficient and you can only make some small dishes. The overall experience is good

This hotel is great, the sanitation service and breakfast are all 4-star, there is free parking at the door, and it is more than 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is highly recommended to have dinner or breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, the cooking skills are very superb.
