Ulasan Best Western Premier Sofia Airport Hotel

The hotel is located near the airport. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Our room on the 10th floor was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries. We did not give a 5-star rating because of the restaurant. In an area with NO restaurants available, the hotel misses the boat. The limited menu was over-priced. The service was prolonged and inattentive. The wine list was also highly over-priced. We would have had lunch and dinner there but weren't willing to be held captive by high prices and a lackluster menu. We walked to a small food shop and found sandwiches and a bottle of wine. We would stay here again but not go to the restaurant.
