Amazing hotel! Probably the only international five star class hotell on Mallorca. Almost as good as some of the top global chains like four seasons and mandarin oriental - but not quite there yet... Special mention to Anna in the breakfast service: Amazing service and a true hospitality talent! We really enjoyed this stay.

We came to Jumeriah on a short last minute break for five nights at the end of summer and despite booking with short notice we were still accommodated and supported throughout the entirety of the reservation process. Pre check in I was contacted via the hotel concierge requesting information about the guests travelling within my party in order to give the staff a better understanding of how to meet our individual needs and to maximise our comfort throughout the stay. Jumeriah offered to arrange a luxury airport transfer and offered excellent communication both pre, during and post visit. The Food! To say you are spoilt for choice is quite an understatement. The hotel offers three stunning restaurants, each offering their own flare in either Asian, mediterranean or fine dining cuisine and we thoroughly enjoyed sampling food from both the Sunset Lounge and Cap Roig. The lunch offering at the Adults Only Infinity Pool is a twist on the poolside basics such as Club sandwiches and delicious salads. Separate from this, the hotel provides a selection of complimentary patisserie products and freshly pressed fruit juices/smoothies throughout the day as you sun yourself by the pool. Daniel in particular went above and beyond to meet our needs poolside and we were almost never without ice cold water or snacks. The breakfast offering really sets this hotel apart from others and meets the needs of all. Both the buffet selection and A La Carte menu was extensive and during the five mornings we were there we sampled a range of sweet and savoury dishes. For coffee and tea lovers the whole hotel has an extensive collection of samples and in particular the coffee served at breakfast (the hotels own roast) really met our expectations. Throughout the entirety of the stay staff around the hotel greeted us by name and were all friendly, polite and eager to help in any way. From restaurant recommendations to a passing smile, the staff are all incredibly professional and welcoming. My sister and I were fortunate to sample a treatment at the Talise Spa where we had personalised massages with our knowledgeable therapists Veronica & Jharely. Both ladies were very talented and understood our needs immediately. I would highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa if not only to sample these ladies excellent skills. The spa facilities such as the thermal suite were phenomenal and without doubt the cleanest facilities I have ever experienced in a hotel spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return to Jumeriah Mallorca.

The views are amazing and the team takes care of your every whim. Very accommodating and friendly. Jasmine and Anna at the reception desk greeted us with warmth and a friendly smile which was very refreshing after coming in from other countries on our 8 week adventure. Another Anna at Cap Rogat had to be one of the most genuine sweetest people we ever met. We looked forward to breakfast every morning just to see her smiling face. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Our first time to Mallorca and had the best time staying at the Jumeirah! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and everyone there was extremely nice and went over the top providing us with an exceptional experience. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Our tenth visit to this amazing hotel . Everything in every way is perfection . The hotel is stunning and the staff are just so nice . We are back to stay again at the end of the month and can't wait . Thanks to all the staff and in particular The restaurant manager and front of house for making our trip truly unforgettable .

3rd visit here, the staff and hotel are AMAZING! Particular staff @ breakfast Luca Marti very good indeed. At the infinity pool Zoe, is a credit to you all. We visited es Fanals this visit, it’s was superb. We had the meal with the 3 chefs. It was to die for. Better than excellent! We stayed in room 5022 sea view love this room, but it is showing little signs of wear, the curtains need some attention. We will be back next year, not sure whether it will be in June or September yet.

Perched on a cliff the Jumeirah Mallorca stands as a beacon of luxury and comfort. The sea views are stunning, excellent service, comfortable rooms and suites. The infinity pool is stunning nested close to the Es Fanals restaurant. The sunset Lounge a must try with top DJ music, Nikkei cuisine and again spectacular views. Breakfast at Caproig are also amazing with a wide array of choices for all tastes, again the view is to die for. Staying at the Jumeirah Mallorca is a must do in Mallorca, pleasure, well being, romantism, zen, family time all our whims can be realized in this beautiful establishment. Kudos to Anne, Stephano, Julian, Ednox, Maya, Chef Xavier… to name a few! Super service, efficiency and care! A must do in Mallorca
