Ara Maris

The hotel is amazing and i highly recommend it. The location is prime 2 mins walk to the main square and markets, 10mins walk to the beach and you have everything you need around you. The hotel is newly opened, the interior is perfect, they have the best sky lounge in sorrento where you can enjoy the sunset. All facilities needed are provided. The staff i think is the best thing in the hotel, the team are friendly, helpful, and they will give you 100% with whatever is needed. Thank you Enrico for everything, you made our stay perfectly memorable, he went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. The room is very clean and new. Housekeeping is great. The breakfast options were nice. The staff are super friendly. Giusy was very helpful, she organized us couple of trips amazingly. We enjoyed so much in our stay at Ara Maris.

My husband and I stayed at the Ara Maris boutique hotel last month and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel had not been open long, but the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had a delicious breakfast every day sitting beside the pool, a surprisingly tranquil area so close to the town centre. One evening we chose to dine in the hotel and it was spectacular; and in our opinion would deserve a Michelin star. We also loved the roof terrace bar with scenic views of Mount Vesuvius & the sunset across the Bay of Naples. The hotel was brilliantly positioned and so easy to access the station, the harbour and the centre of Sorrento. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is fabulous, attention to detail 10/10. The roof top bar had a great view of the sunset. Service was great from the moment we arrived and all of the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was ever a problem. Location is great, literally a 2 minute walk to the centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed on this wonderful terrace to take an aperitif, fantastic view, everything was wonderful. Antonio let us try superb cocktails, the best on our trip in Sorrento!! Later the F&B arrived, but unfortunately I don’t think he understood what we were saying!! Unacceptable.

Can’t fault this hotel… staff all attentive, friendly and helpful, shouldn’t have favourites but Aldo was great. Tour when you arrive is a nice touch. Room was spacious, spotless with an excellent shower, beds extremely comfortable and the best black out curtains ever. Pool area beautiful with very comfortable sun beds, lovely treats from chef brought to you on repeat. Ate just one night in hotel, delicious! Breakfast by the pool was lovely with a nice selection of options. Roof top bar has fantastic views and music. Spa needs to be visited - Daughter and I both had massages, which were excellent. Would definitely book again.

From the moment we pulled up to the Ara Maris until the moment we pulled away was an incredible experience. The location is close to everything. Newly remodeled with all of the upgraded amenities. The staff is very friendly, polite, accommodating and willing to go the extra step in making everything perfect. The breakfast was excellent offering almost everything. The pool was beautiful and service was great. The rooftop bar had stunning views with excellent service and lots of choices for food. The rooms are beautiful with housekeeping daily with very comfortable beds, bedding and towels. We cannot wait to come back!

Just left this amazing hotel. Great location, great staff and great accommodations. Our room had sea views that were incredible. Walking distance to shops, dining and beach clubs was easy. The views of Capri and Vesuvius from the rooftop bar were stunning. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sorrento that is looking for an upscale experience. 5 stars!!!

Our stay at the Ara Maris Hotel was a unique experience. This brand-new hotel, with its stunning finishes and exceptionally comfortable beds, offered a level of luxury and comfort that was truly extraordinary. The view from our room, facing the ocean and offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, was a sight that left us in awe. The service at Ara Maris is not just impeccable, it's tailored to make you feel truly valued. The front desk and the Food and Beverage team, led by Enrico and Chiro, went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect. The highlight of our stay was an incredibly thoughtful gesture by Chiro and his team. While we were sitting by the pool, they turned on the music and played "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran. They then served us a bottle of Prosecco and some fruit, celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. We were so moved by this gesture, which made our stay even more special. The hotel's amenities are equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring various options and excellent pastries. We even enjoyed our breakfast poolside, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool area is a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxation during the day. One of the many unique experiences at Ara Maris was the Lumi Sky Lounge. This hidden gem offered panoramic views of the Gulf and Capri, a sight that will forever be engraved in our memories. The Bartender's phenomenal cocktail list, especially the Mojito Limoncello, was incredible. We enjoyed these drinks while watching the beautiful sunset, which added to the excitement of our evening. Ara Maris Hotel is undoubtedly a five-star luxury destination you should not miss when visiting Sorrento. We can't wait to return and relive this incredible experience. Thank you, Sam & Ron
