Well, although the facilities are a bit outdated, they are cost-effective.

the location is pretty close to a problematic area in sousse where people kept fighting all night long in the streets

Hotel viejo, descuidado. La recepcion esta bien, reformada, pero habitaciones no. Colchon horrible con muelles que se salen, imposible dormir, me tenia que poner mantas debajo de la sabana para poder dormir. Almohada tampoco esta comoda. Desayuno muy poca variedad y no estaba bueno. Lo unico bonito era la vista al mar desde bacon.

位置還行，價格便宜，可是管理不行。注意大堂在0樓，否則你可能找不到大堂，要在酒店中迷路。這可不是笑話。

Absolutely disgusting. Where do I start. From walking in stunk of cat pee, had to pay for the room extra on top of the package holiday. Bedroom door had been repaired so many times you didn’t need a key to open it a little push would have been enough. Mattresses stains unfortunately we didn’t notice this till last day. Bathroom repairs shocking, curtains hanging off the rails. Bare wires hanging out of sockets. Wardrobe broken. Room walls so thin and an adjoining door to next room. No water in the pool,torn furniture again stinks off pee. No chairs to sit out. Management wasn’t interested at all. Broken bottle fridge in the pool area. Filthy and dangerous walking around.

Visited here on a 3 day trip.. arrived in shock to what was presented, reception ignored our presence and carried on a conversation with a staff member and then went on to make a call before checking us in, didn’t speak any English so took nearly an hour just to find our booking on their computer..elevator glass was completely smashed and pitch black inside as light had broke.. cigarette ash everywhere, room was disgusting, bugs everywhere, had bites- human hair everywhere, bathroom was filthy.. feces still left in the toilet. could see where door had been kicked in previously and filled in with filler, balcony door wouldn’t lock so maintenance had to come and repair it, just screwed a pull bolt onto the door and left.. stray cats and dogs surrounding the hotel, lacks hygiene..very unclean rooms, reception and bar appear to look very up to scratch until you go to the rooms.. was kept us each night due to loud music and other guests slamming doors. Felt unsafe outside the hotel, people would follow us and wouldn’t leave us alone.. don’t visit here unless you are firm.. people would claim to work in our hotel to try and gain trust, you are left not knowing what their intentions are. they will not leave you alone all they want is your money, on one occasion a man was walking by us and wouldn’t leave us alone, we got offered *****, trafficked women, any drug.. all sorts, we was appalled and told the man we was leaving to go back to hotel, he then insisted we get in a taxi and he proceeded to try and get in the taxi to follow us to hotel.. we finally got rid of the man, we felt very unsafe in the area, especially in the main town by the Madina market, very concerning behaviours and dodgy people.. police don’t take notice of the tourists being harassed and followed.. they beg for your custom but get angry when it drives people out of the market, you feel that annoyed you just leave and then they insult you. young children as young as 4 walking around by themselves… surprised this place was advertised on a holiday website as a package holiday, do not visit this place you will feel very unsettled with a target on your back.. they treated us like vermin and constantly being stared, pointed at and harassed.. we expected certain things and the fact we were near the area of the 2015 attack and that a lot of derelict buildings were there and that it was a poor area but we never expected the treatment and experience we received , we are very laid back and rarely complain but it wasn’t fit for an animal to live in, we are glad we experienced Tunisia, lovely views and history but will never return.

DO NOT BOOK. This place should be clothes down. Not one good thing to say about this hotel. Absolutely disgusting, rooms dirty! Had to move rooms 3 times. Music BLASTING till 4/5am. Food is awful, didn’t want to eat anything from here as I didn’t want to get sick. WORST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE. Pool was disgusting&over ran with local kids. It was green. If you want to enjoy your holiday book a 5 star in Tunisia not this place. So dangerous I’m surprised no one has died. Me and my partner were counting down the days to get home and even looked at earlier flights. So many things wrong with the place, too many that it would take me hours

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! The WHOLE hotel needs refitting, the rooms are simply dreadful with cracked tiles, broken mirrors, hard beds with terrible pillows, the food was never hot, always luke warm to cold! The staff try to help but inadequate funding makes their jobs impossible! DO NOT BOOK! The hotel SHOULD BE CLOSED and either condemned or given a multimillion pound refit!

To be honest, when I first arrived at the hotel on the Saturday night, I was somewhat disappointed. I was the last person to be dropped off and all the hotels I’d seen en route were a lot more fancy. I was in room 403, which overlooked the pool and had a sea view, which was amazing. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable and did face a bar that played loud music, however, I always travel with ear plugs so I was able to get a decent nights sleep. The food wasn’t labelled so I didn’t know what I was eating for most of the time but that didn’t stop me from enjoying it! I was all inclusive and the drinks on provided were in the smallest of cups, which felt a bit of a con. The pool areas were a really good size however, many of the loungers were broken, but I was always able to find one that wasn’t damaged. The hotel is a bit shabby and could do with some TLC however I actually enjoyed my time here. It wasn’t too busy and the staff were friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews, I expected to not enjoy my stay however it was the opposite. The El Bar, next to the water slides was a nice place to hang out on the evening and as was the separate bar area on the ground floor. I’d stay here again if I was ever in the area.

I'm soo disappointed with the food everyday same food no English or international foods just same old tasteless nasty food which I never ate after first day. I wouldn't come back here for free for all inclusive because their food was terrible absolutely terrible worst food I tried. The electric power cut happened almost every night and my room had a water leak 415 on my last night so I had to change room.

The place should get shut down . The pool water was dirty . The pool loungers was broken filthy and pool drains blocked . 😡 the restaurant was filthy no English food we had to eat out get taxi away from the dirty place itself to go far away as possible no Wi-Fi or phone connection no room phone’s working couldn’t get any help no English speeking I was so scared there we had to stay in a dirty out dated bedroom with cracks on floor walls balcony was dirty table chairs filthy . Restaurant was dirty I got spat on and tried to report it no one wanted to no because I was showing my skin it’s a muslin country and all the ladies was coved I was shocked to be treated this way . Toilets in lobby and pool are was blocked all the time and made me sick it’s a hotel from hell shocking. The beach water was lovely but all beach chairs was filthy and the so called umbrellas was ripped it should be SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. Music all night loud till 6am no sleep at all beds like sleeping on the floor hard bedding not clean . I feel sick just saying this over again disgusting 🤮 people on the pool at night no security not bothered at all it’s a dump .
