Ulasan Megaboom City Hotel

Customer service was excellent they upgraded my singel room to a king room. Everything was on point, it has the best location with QVB tram stop 3 min walk and coles literally in front of the hotel. Best staff!  I wish they also had room service/resturant for breakfast. But regardless with this price, i loved it. Wil stay again.

The hotel is located right at the CBD, accessible from multiple metro stations. Thanks for the upgrade to a doubles room, possibly due to my 4 nights stay. There is daily housekeeping with change of towels, which is highly appreciative. Good amenities like kettle, fridge, disposable slippers, hairdryer, sufficient hangers for use. You can switch easily between cold or hot ventilation. I had an early checkout, communication was clear to just leave my keys at the counter prior to leaving. I’ll stay here if I ever return to Sydney again :)

To be precise, it's not a hotel but an inn, and a very bad one at that. I have no idea how it got a four-star rating. The facilities were dilapidated, the wallpaper was moldy, and the bedding even had holes in it. The room had a strange odor. We couldn't cancel our booking, so we had no choice but to stay.

Great value and excellent location. Competent, professional staff and a well prepared and appointed room with everything i needed.Great hotel.

fairly basic but tidy facilities in great location for darling harbour ,queen vic building wynyard station and george st light rail.no view from room but very quite and reasonably clean'Not for the super fussy but adequate for our 3 night stay.friendly staff. personal toilet and shower.king bed is a bit big for room as you cannot walk around one side to get in and out ,queen would be better.good value for location.

The refrigerator was too noisy, intermittently making a sudden booming sound at night.

You can clearly hear the train passing by from the second floor in the morning.

The location is very accessible to public transport. I was fortunate that I was upgraded to king bed. The staff are very kind and accommodating.

Everything is super. I liked everything, great staff, and in the end it was even very nice that you could leave your luggage when you checked out, go for a walk, come back for your luggage and go. It's very convenient. There is a kettle, coffee, tea in the room.

Such a great location for anything in the city. It’s about 200m from light rail which can get you anywhere around the CBD, and a mini supermarket over the road if you want basic food, not restaurants. Super friendly staff and just all the basic comforts you need for an overnight stay.

Great deal for price! City centre, clean, good service. Highly recommended!
