I have bad experience first time in my travel life in this hotel no hot water,not AC working,not maintain room inside room cockroj come out my bed, i attached picture,

The location is a bit far from the main highway, but close to food vendors and Indomaret. The room is like a boarding house, the walls seem to be poorly maintained. But the bathroom is quite clean and there is soap and a toothbrush too. There is no shampoo and no hot water. There is a place right in front of the room. The cupboard is not good, it looks like it's old, and the AC isn't cold enough. If I may suggest, the walls should be freshly painted so they look good and the AC should be replaced or repaired to make it cooler.

the rooms are big, close to lots of traders, so it's not a hassle to find food... just lacking in maintenance and service...
