Take 30 minutes just to find parking space before check in, the hotel should have dedicated place for staying guest instead of mix all space with guest parking (especially during hotel event such as meeting, wedding, etc) The room and toilet has nice ambiance, but the mini bar has no complimentary food/drink (other than plain water) The hotel was too crowded due to ongoing event, The pool is not big but quite cozy with pool bar The buttler service is good

Perfect for staycation and it was very warm welcoming before and after staying there. Hope to stay there and unforgettable memories at St.Regis Jakarta. Food was amazing!

Be ready to be blown away when you step in the hotel as the aesthetics are really wow. Service wow - love their butler service Food wow - love their cakes and chocolates from Rose cafe Location wow - right smack in central jakarta, CBD. near to shopping malls such as Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia Be sure to check out their bar (a must!) Overall. I would rate them a 6 stars if not for the limit :(

Such a great hotel. Impressive service, breakfast was amazing, 

Overall stay is very good, hotel staffs very friendly, easy and fast check-in and check-out process. The only think that to avoid is guesses buy food from outside hotel is because in-room dining is way too expensive comparing with other five star hotels that I stay.
