This property still good for us to stay, the bfast was amazing & all staffs was friendly since we arrive till we leave. One thing that U could make it more better is try to fix/maintain some small damage inside the room such as wall paper, smoking burn mark & Carpet. As I mentioned above, good place to stay. Biliknya sangat luas dan bersih, dan perkhidmatan pelanggannya cukup baik. Harganya berpatutan. Soket di dalam bilik sama dengan yang ada di dalam rumah. Tidak diperlukan penukar. Ia direka untuk orang Cina. Ia sangat bagus!

This is my first time stay in Swiss belresidences Kalibata. For me, this hotel provide best accomodation, the room is comfort, breakfast is also good with various food. They also have a green area called treepit, which is so comfort to spend your time, Staff also friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mas Faris, Mas Sofyan and Mas lucky in Front office Department

Sudah tiga kali menginap di sini, Pors: Yet affordable with specious room and it concepts is hotel - apartment, so we able to cook own food, public facilities are good, near to the malls and food stalls, and has 24 hours clinic and on the busy road Con: the AC didn't work properly kindly the management could check it regularly.

Secara umum kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Hnya ada beberapa spot noda d karpet. Tmpt tdr cukup firm u keluhan tulang belakang spti sy. Smart TV adlh nilai plus. Sarapan ok tp tpt kurang luas u hotel dg byk kamar spti itu. Pool jg kurang luas. Tdk ada taman u manjakan mata

I observed yhat your service is very good evwn food the employeees are accommodate and frienfly like Liska. Your food is very much fitted to my taste because om not eating fork. The room is comfortable and feel relaxing .and quiet.

I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
