There is a stick and iron in the room. Also a bottle of water for greeting would have been nice. The kits are too thick. There are no bathing clothes in the room, only for free loan and not in oversize. It was also very cold in the room. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was also excellent.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel and the room. Very clean and smells wonderfully fresh. Spacious room, as is the bathroom! The location is also perfect, so it's highly recommended for a short stay/city trip in Maastricht :)

Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door. Other than that everything was great

A fantastic gem of a castle! We spent a family weekend in their ”family room” which is very spacious, enjoyed the sun on the big terrace and enjoyed a ”royal” welcome by the team. Kasteel Doenrade, well be back!

We had three delicious days in this charming boutique hotel. No superfluous luxury, but just that authentic and cute feeling that it makes it so pleasant. The family room was surprisingly spacious enough place to meet just after a day in the city. The bed was beautiful, and the atmosphere in the room felt home and relaxed. We did not use breakfast because we would like to move back to the city to enjoy the many fun coffee and bakeries in Maastricht. There were a few small things that could better (such as a missing remote control and a safe that didn't want to open), and check-in is going to be completely digital without physical contact just used to but finally very handyly arranged. The city itself and the concert of the Bente ** in the music guitar A place where we'd come back for a pleasant weekend away.

The hotel is visible to have a small repair! Overall not bad. The location is good and parking places are enough. A great place to stay near Weeze Airport.

I temporarily chose a hotel near MECC. The hotel was good in all aspects, but the surrounding area was a little quieter. But this is basically the case in small European cities, and it’s normal. Health and food are good. Business accommodation is acceptable.

It's only 2 or 3 minutes away from the train station. The room size is acceptable for Europe. It's a 15-minute walk to the outlets.

The junior split-level room is a good room in itself. Unfortunately, extra bedding for the sofa bed was missing, and there was no explanation on how to pull it out. Poor instructions on how to get to the parking garage. I had booked for 2, but the system indicated 3 people, meaning we had to pay an extra 6 euros at the hotel first. Very complicated. You couldn't book breakfast online immediately for 1 person, only for 3. Breakfast was more expensive if you booked it on the spot. Quite pricey in general. Tea and coffee making facilities. Nice shower. Weird TV that suddenly got stuck on one channel and wouldn't turn off without unplugging it.
