Spacious room with a small kitchen for light cooking, good for families, location is idyllic, right by swan river in south Perth. At times, we take a ferry to cdb across, fun experience.

Check in after front desk hours was smooth with the afterhours intercom. Room had all the essentials like a kitchenette with all the common utensils and cookingware, washing machine and dryer also conveniently located within the toilet. Very nice location near the beach and Margaret river mouth!

Love this place. The location is a quick inexpensive rideshare away from the beaches, and a short relaxing ferry ride across to the CBD. South Perth is a great location for families as the waterfront has a big green space to run around, the Zoo is walking distance, and so is the playground. Down the street you have a 24/7 supermarket, as well as many restaurants. The apartments have everything you need if you want to cook in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very cool neighborhood.

We had a 2bed apartment for 2A2C. It was small, but it was all we needed. Only 1 toilet and bathroom which was an ensuite. And only 1 reverse cycle in the lounge room area. Perhaps ceiling fans in bedrooms or pedestal fans at least would be good for the hot summer nights?!!! Directly across from the river which was beautiful for a family night time picnic!!!

Very nice place and nice view. Would definitely stay here again if we ever plan to go back in Perth. :))

This apartment was as expected, ground floor, a little dark, with limited space in the bedroom (bed pushed against the wall on on side)but it was clean and comfortable with good fridge / freezer space and a microwave. Perfect for our needs. There was a small patio area also. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for the beach, the ferry to Elizabeth Quay and being able to walk to Kings Park. All in all, a great place to stay at excellent value.

Great views, close to the city. Property itself is quite run down, bathrooms and rooms need renovations.

The location on the South Perth foreshore is excellent. When booking a river view suite check on the location of your room. I thought I would have the view used in the advertising photo. My room was further back and view was restricted. I could still see the river but also the car park and a large gum tree. Also the balcony wasn't very private. Your neighbour could see into your balcony if they stood at the edge of theirs. The design was open for the view but sadly reduced your privacy. On a positive note I still had some quality time sitting on my balcony enjoying the complimentary bottle of bubbly looking at the view.
