The hotel was good. It's your typical hotel with decent amenities. The thing that sets this hotel apart from others is Victor! His hospitality and customer service was outstanding!! We are currently in the middle of our road trip from Toronto. We drove across Canada to Vancouver and are making our way down the west coast before heading back to Toronto. So far the customer service has been average to very poor depending on location. Victor on the other hand was amazing! As someone in the hospitality and tourism industry, Victor is the definition of customer service.

Great place to stay very comfortable. The location is close to the air port and they give you a ride there and back for free.

I been here a couple of times, and I will come back again. But sadly, (Victor) manager said that this hotels will be closed 10/15/24. Sad to know because staffs are friendly and rooms are clean and very spacious. Hoping will be seeing Victor who is very professional and very friendly again at Days Inn.

Sadly we discovered this hotel a bit late. It has been sold and will no longer be operating as a Wyndham hotel in October. The owner was very nice and helpful! Breakfast could be better. This location is quite windy. So beware of allergies

We had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Limited San Francisco Airport North. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate and clean and very spacious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We received a warm welcome at the check in and every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality. This place is a convenient place to stop if you just want to sleep and keep going. The room is clean and the employees are very friendly. They offered coffee. It was okay. Also, the parking is only $10.00 when in San Francisco downtown the parking is about $40.

The host was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location is near many food options, including SFO, but away from downtown SF. This is the Hotel you're searching for! My laptop was left behind, but I was able to get it back after checkout. Honest, Clean, Friendly

As soon as my husband and I closed the car door, the Lyft driver pulled out immediately. The “lobby” was dingy and also served as the “breakfast” area. There were snacks for sell (small bags of chips, beef jerky…) at $3.00 each. I guess it’s better than the chance of losing money on a broken vending machine. There was a sign for breakfast served from 6:30 - 9:30, but the reservation attendant said the place closed at 9am. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. The elevator wasn’t any better. The furniture in our room was old, cracked, chipped. The credenza that had a refrigerator was warped. The bathroom caulking was either peeling, gone or moldy. The shower head and wand had mold. Water came out in a “spray/mist” and took forever to get clean. No fan; had to keep the door open to get rid of the moisture. Luckily, there were no pest (bed bugs, cockroaches…). The remote was filthy. Breakfast consisted of raisin bread, wrapped pastries, cereal bars, dry cereal, oatmeal packets, juice, milk, coffee, and hot water for tea or oatmeal. The juice and milk were in the sun shining through the window. The pastries had a “best by date 4/24/24”. The morning was 4/28. Next time, I would most likely stay somewhere else.

This hotel is in need of a complete redo!!! It is old and dingy and smelled like smoke not a bad price so I guess I get what you pay for but stay somewhere else!!!! The staff however was very nice my only issue there was even tho I was promised a ride to the airport when we went down the desk was unmanned and I had to arrange my own ride to the airport costing me money it shouldn’t have

When United told passengers at 5am they were not sourcing accomm after a flight cancelled hours before it was a scramble. This team were awesome - the only hotel to accept me at short notice for a 6am check in and late check out. Staff were friendly and the general manager Victor Parbhoo was awesome with assistance and meals suggestions, as well as a last minute shuttle. Breakfast was a mix of sweet cereal, pre-packed pastries and porridge, toast and pancakes, with juice and tea/coffee. Snacks were available to buy, with shops and restaurants nearby, and a safe neighbourhood to walk in. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and a range of pillows. There was a fridge, microwave and disposable cups, but no tea/coffee or utensils. Although on a busy road it was quiet. The only noise I heard when I opened the window was some basketballers. Horrible Hotel. Cockroaches in the rooms!!! We checked out in such a hurry that we left a pair of boots behind. We went back a few hours later but were told no boots found or turned in. Really? When cleaning the room for turnover no boots found?!! Avoid at all costs.

The Ramada is a nice place to stay but the maintenance has been deferred because it will be closing in 2024. I am sure if this was not the case, it would be first rate. But it is still a nice place to stay in the mean time.
