Although our stay was short (overnight layover), it was amazing. Shuttle pickup was provided to and from the airport helping us avoid expensive Uber rides and a clear schedule was displayed at the front desk. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and provided us with 2 warm chocolate cookies upon entry which was lovely and so appreciated since we were hungry after long flights. The room was clean and spacious, and there was a 24/hr accessible drink and snack store downstairs. Additionally there was a lovely restaurant and bar in the hotel. We arrived too late to be able to enjoy the menu but we were able to enjoy some refreshing drinks before ending the night. The hotel is only 6 min away from the airport which is an additional plus. I would definitely book here again.

Memandangkan saya sedang menunggu untuk pulang ke negara saya, saya ingin melanjutkan penginapan saya selama beberapa hari dan menempah dalam talian di Ctrip, tetapi kaedah pembayaran telah dibatalkan oleh Alipay, jadi saya tidak sepatutnya. OMG!!! if you ever have the opportunity to stay at a Larkspur Landing pay the extra 10 bucks, bring your dog pet friendly all of them all the Larkspur Landing‘s are pet friendly, and make sure you get in on that free breakfast. Great breakfast can’t say nothing bad they got hot food they got cold food. They got muffins and pastries and bread and jam and oatmeal and all the stuff you want for breakfast almost They get a 9.5 for breakfast only because they did not have biscuits and gravy. The hotel is perfect. They keep it up keep inside an out in the ground everything about that is a Great Hotel I would stay there above a Hilton or Radisson or a Hyatt not a grand Hyatt but a regular Hyatt I just can’t say enough stay there yes please you will not be disappointed at anything, love love love it and you will too.

Deposit $100. Parking $9 per day ( you can pay cash or they deduct from the deposit). Breakfast was good, but not much seats , you need to spend sometime to find a seat. Room is ok, the black hair was on the bathroom’s wall. My deposit still not returned to me (it’s been 5 days after check out).

It’s clean and convenient hotel, parking is good, I’ll stay again.

It’s a bummer my family and I only stayed for one night because it was a really nice place— very clean, modern and new.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Good place for pets and near the airport.

部屋は清潔感があって広いです。 ホテルの構造で、通路側にも窓があって開放感のあるへやとなっていました。 駐車場にテスラのスーパーチャージャーがあるのでテスラ乗っていると便利です。 空港からも近く、サンフランシスコのダウンタウンや観光地にも車ですぐ行ける場所なので便利でした。 洗濯機を利用したい際に乾燥機が壊れて使えなかっただけ残念でした。

Simple and clean. But I cannot find hair dryer in my room, after I took a shower….they can’t call front seat from rooms, you need to go out using a public telephone near the elevator. My hair was all wet, night shift staff didn’t really helpful…at first he said sorry that room service is closed can’t help! I asked him to find one, he promised will go find one and call me back. He did not call back…I wait for 10minutes then I went out calling him again. He just asked me go down pick dryer up…

The room is quite spacious to accommodate 5 of us and clean too. Tea and coffee are always available and the sitting areas in the lobby are spacious. Recommended for family and travellers who want to visit San Francisco with affordable price and the location is not far from the airport which is also a plus for us.
